The Pearl Academy of Fashion conducts a university level entrance exam multiple times a year for admission to various UG and PG courses. • Candidates will be able to fill the application form through online as well as offline mode.
• Applicants will have to purchase the application form from the Pearl Academy campus, in case of offline application submission.

• After entering all the details, applicants must upload a scanned image of their photograph and signature in specified format.

• Candidates are advised to retain a copy of filled application form for future reference.

Application Fee:

• Applicants will have to pay the fee through online and offline mode.
• The application fee will be Rs. 1500/-.
• For offline fee, applicants will have to pay through Demand Draft in favour of “Creative Arts Education Society ”.
• Candidates will have to submit the online application fee using debit card, credit card, net banking payment gateways.
• Once paid, application fee will not be refunded.

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must pass class 12th or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Selection: Candidates will be selected for admission based on written exam (GPT + DAT) and personal interview.

For PG Courses:

• Exam Mode: Exam  will be conducted via both online as well as offline mode.
• Duration: For Fashion & Design courses, 1 hour 30 minutes for GPT & DAT  and for business programs, 60 minutes for GPT exam will be given (30 mins for Personal Interview).
• Medium: Question Paper will be in English language only.
• Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in question paper.

Pearl Academy 2025 Admit Card

The Admit Card will be released by the authority through online mode. Candidates will be able to download the hall ticket in fourth week of January 2025 for January session. The hall ticket will carry details like name, roll no, venue of exam, date and time etc.

On the day of exam, candidates will have to produce their Pearl Academy Admit Card 2025 to be allowed to enter the examination hall. The hall tickets will be accessed by candidates by providing login details like application  number  and password. 

Pearl Academy 2025 Result

The authority will declare the Pearl Academy Result 2025 through online mode only. Applicants will be able to check or download their result/scorecard in fourth week of January 2025 for January session. 

To access the result, applicants will have to enter their login details like application number or roll number and date of birth. The result will be released in form of a merit list of eligible candidates.

Pearl Academy 2025 Counselling

Pearl Academy Counselling 2025 will be conducted after the declaration of result. The counselling procedures will be organised separately by the university on the basis of their performance in entrance exam. 

The counselling procedure will be organized through online mode only. Those candidates shortlisted in merit list will be eligible to take part in Counselling process. Candidates who will be allotted seats as per their choices of preferences will have to get their documents verified.

Pearl Academy 2025 Admission Procedure

Candidates seeking admission to Pearl Academy 2025 will have to fill the application form and appear for the written test. Candidates who will qualify the written test will be called for Personal Interview (PI) round and Portfolio Presentation/ Creative works.

Based on the candidate’s performance in written test, PI & Portfolio/creative work, they will be offered admission to UG & PG courses. Eligible candidates will be given placement under 98% in SOF, SOD and SOCB.
