UGC NET 2026 Exam Schedule
The application forms can be filled through online mode on the website. Candidates are allowed to fill the UGC NET 2026 application form from 29th April 2026. The last date to fill out the application form will be till 20th May 2026. Authority will also provided the facility of correction if any in the application form from 22nd to 24th May 2026.
UGC NET Admit card will be released by 20th June 2026 onwards for June cycle. Exam city slip will be released by 15th June 2026 onwards via online mode. The UGC NET 2026 exam for June session will be held from 22nd to 30th June 2026. The UGC NET answer key (Provisional) will be released in July 2026.
Final answer key will be released in July 2026, after the objection period gets over. Candidates will access the UGC NET result after one week of the conclusion of the written exam. UGC NET 2026 Result will be announced in July 2026 for June session. It will be announced in February 2027 for December session.

What is the age criteria for exam?
There will be no maximum age limit for Assistant Professor. However, for JRF candidate should not be more than 30 years on 1.06.2023. An age relaxation of 5 years is given to reserved category candidates.

UGC NET 2022 December cycle application process is on-going. Exam will be held from 21st February till 10th March 2023. The application process for June 2023 cycle will start later as UGC NET 2023. Therefore, its exam will be held from 13th to 22nd June 2023.
