• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens to be eligible for admission. 
• Age Limit: To apply, one must have attained age of 14 years as on 1st August 2026. 
• Domicile: One must hold a domicile of Telangana state to be eligible. 
• Qualification: Applicants must have completed their 8th or 10th class exam from any recognized board to apply. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in their qualifying exam will also be eligible for admission.

Telangana ITI 2026 Merit List

Merit list of Telangana ITI 2026 will be published through online mode. After completion of registration, the authority will prepare a merit list. Based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam, the merit list will be prepared. 

It will be released in the form of a PDF. To access the merit list, candidates will have to visit the website. In the merit list, the name of those candidates who secured a minimum qualifying marks in the previous qualifying exam will be mentioned. Candidates must keep the merit list safe for further usage in admission. 

Telangana ITI 2026 Cut Off 

Cut off for Telangana ITI 2026 will be the minimum qualifying criteria set by the authority in order to select the candidates for admission. It will be released prior to the release of the merit list. Cut off will be released through online mode. 

After obtaining a minimum cut off marks as prescribed by the authority will be shortlisted in the merit list. Those shortlisted candidates will be eligible for further counselling procedure.

Those shortlisted candidates in merit list will be eligible for Telangana ITI counselling 2026. It will be organized via online mode. There will be various rounds in the counselling procedure. Based on the merit-cum-reservation and choices filled by the candidates in the preference order, the seats allocation will be done. 

Candidates will be intimated regarding the provisional allotment of seats in trades and ITIs on their registered email ID & mobile number. After verifying the required documents, the final seat allocation will be done. Admission in various Engineering & Non-Engineering ITI Trades will  be offered to the shortlisted candidates. Candidates will have to download a seat allotment letter from the website. Those who will be shortlisted will have to report at allotted ITI along with a seat allotment letter. For the verification process, candidates will have to bring all the original documents on the stipulated date & time. Final seats will be confirmed after verifying the documents & submission of admission fee.
