TNSET 2024 Application Form has been released on 1st April 2024. Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli conducts the TNSET (Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test). The exam is organised to determine the eligibility of Tamil Nadu aspirants for Assistant Professor position for entry in various universities of Tamil Nadu. The exam will be conducted for 26 subjects within the state of Tamil Nadu. • The TNSET 2024 Application Form has been released on 1st April 2024.
• The application form has been made available through online mode by the authority.
• Candidates must fill in the asked details such as personal information, educational background, communication, etc. in the application form.

TNSET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the exam, candidates should meet the following TNSET 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: There is no maximum age prescribed to apply for the TNSET exam.
• Qualifications: A graduate degree from university/ institution recognised by the UGC with a master’s degree or an equivalent examination will be required.
• Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured at least of 55% marks (50% marks in case of OBC, NCL, SC, ST and PWD (Person with disabilities).
• Appearing: Candidates enrolled in the final year of a master’s course are also eligible to apply for the exam.

How to Apply for TNSET 2024

Here are the steps to apply for TNSET 2024 examination:

• Go through the website (link is given above).
• Click on the “TNSET 2024 Application Form”
• Next, select the “Register new candidate” button and provide asked details such as name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, email address, etc.
• Then tick the box to accept the declaration.
• Click “submit” and then “proceed” button.
• Now, press the “login” button.
• The application notification for the new candidate will be sent to the registered email address.
• Enter the system generated user id and password to access the application form.
• Fill in the important details such as communication, qualification, personal details, etc.
• Now, enter the permanent address carefully and recheck all the filled information.
• Click on the “Save” and continue further.
• Upload the scanned images of photographs and signature in the specific format.
• To avoid rejection later, carefully go through the filled application form.
• Press on the “save” button and continue to the payment.
• Click the payment button and use a debit card, credit card or net banking to submit the application fee.
• Download the fee receipt after submitting the fee.
