TNSET 2024 Counselling will be started from the month of August 2024. The counselling will be started soon after the declaration of result. Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test is conducted by the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. It is a state Nodal Agency of the UGC under the Government of Tamil Nadu who conduct the examination. The exam is conducted to check the eligibility of the Assistant professor in Tamil Nadu state universities & colleges. TNSET 2024 Counselling
On the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the entrance exam, the official authority will prepare the merit list. As per the rank of the candidates in the merit list, they will have to appear in the counselling.
For the counselling rounds, the authority will shortlist the candidates for the interview round. The only candidates those qualify the written test will be called for PI on the basis of the TNSET score.
It will also be mandatory to reach the cut off marks to participate in the counselling rounds. Those will qualify the PI round will be considered for Assistant professor.
TNSET 2024 Counselling Schedule
Soon after the declaration of result, the university will release the counselling schedule on their website through online mode. Candidates will need to check it carefully and follow accordingly. The counselling schedule will include the events which will be take place at the time of counselling and their respective dates.

TNSET 2024 Cut Off
The university will set the cut off marks on the basis of which they will be invited the candidates for admission process. It will be necessary to reach the cut off marks in order to be eligible for the counselling session.
The cut off marks will be prepared on the basis of level of difficulty of exam, number of candidates appeared in exam, previous trends of cut off marks and pass percentage of the exam. The cut off marks will be released by the university along with the result on their website.

TNSET 2024 Admission
After the completion of the counselling rounds, candidates have to proceed to get a seat as a assistant professor. The candidates those will be declared as eligible for the teaching can download their joining letter.
For completing all the formalities, candidates should have allotment/joining letter with them. The final selection will be followed by the verification of original documents and the submission of fee.
