UGAT 2024 Counselling

The UGAT 2024 Counselling process will be organised for exam qualifying candidates. The admission authority will conduct the counselling process through online mode using standard digital platforms. The counselling for UGAT 2024 will be tentatively organised in June 2024.

The counselling procedures of UGAT 2024 will consist of candidate registration, document verification, payment verification, seat allotment etc. candidates will be allotted seats based on the merit sequence or rank. The selected candidates will be provided a seat allotment letter which must be kept safe till the admission procedure gets completed.

UGAT 2024 Counselling Procedure

The UGAT 2024 Counselling Procedure will consist of following steps which are as follows:

Step-1: Online Registration and Payment

  • Visit the website of authority and click the “New Registration” button.
  • Enter the basic details such as name, roll number, date of birth, etc.
  • Save the details and move to the payment page.
  • Select the payment gateway and submit the fee.
  • Take the print out of payment receipt.

Step-2: Document and Payment Verification

In the next step, candidates will have to go through the document and payment verification. The verification of documents and payment  will be done through online mode.

Step-3: Virtual Meeting

Once the documents and payments are verified, the candidates will be forwarded to a virtual meeting round. In this round, candidates in their order of rank will have an interface with the authorised personnels via standard platform of digital meeting.

Step-4: Seat Allotment Process

Those candidates who have been selected in the virtual meeting round will be forwarded to seat allotment process. In this process, seats will be allotted to eligible candidates based on their merit rank, choices of courses and colleges filled and seats available.

Step-5: Reporting

Allotted candidates will need to download provisional allotment letter. Candidates will have to carry the allotment letter along with them at the allotted college/institution.

Documents Required for UGAT 2024 Counselling

Candidates will have to carry the given documents during UGAT 2024 Counselling:

  • Marksheet of Class 10th and 12th/ qualifying examination
  • Pass certificate of Class 10th and 12th/ qualifying examination
  • Transfer certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Character certificate
  • UGAT 2024 Admit Card
  • UGAT 2024 Result
  • Category Certificate
  • Recent passport size photograph 
  • Income Certificate of SC/ST/OBC

UGAT 2024 Cut Off

The UGAT 2024 Cut Off will be decided by the authority in order to determine whether the candidates are eligible to get admission or not. The cut off will consist of the least marks that a candidate will be required to to be able to participate in UGAT 2024 Counselling rounds. The authority will release the UGAT 2024 Cut Off through online mode.

Candidates will be able to view cut off marks in June 2024. There are various factors based on which the UGAT 2024 cut off is prepared such as number of candidates appearing, number of candidates qualified, difficulty level of exam, previous year cut off trends etc.

UGAT 2024 Seat Allotment & Admission

The UGAT 2024 Seat Allotment Process will be organised a few days after the completion of counselling process. The authority will conduct the seat allotment process for those candidates who have been selected in the counselling process. The candidates will have to appear for seat allotment process which will be organised through online mode.

The authority will prepare a seat allotment list based on the merit rank of candidates, seats available for allotment, choices filled and locked and fulfilment of other criterias laid down by the authority. The authority will release the allotment letter for eligible candidates on their website which a candidate will have to carry along with them at the allotted institute.
