VITMEE 2023 (Vellore Institute of Technology Masters Entrance Examination) is a university level exam managed by VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology). VITMEE 2023 Result
The VITMEE result has been announced from 12th May 2023 through online mode. To check the result, candidate have to provide their application number and date of birth.
Along with the result a merit list for the candidates shortlisted for the interview or counselling is also made available. No candidates can get their result by post or any other offline mode.

VITMEE 2023 Cut-Off
The cut-off of the VITMEE 2023 set the minimum marks criteria and all the candidates have to qualify this criterion to get admission to the offered courses. If any candidates do not get any marks more than the cut-off, then the candidates will not be able to get admission to the courses.
The factors are the number of seats available in each specialization, the number of candidates who applied for the exam, pass the proportion of candidates, and the difficulty level of the exam.
VITMEE 2023 Counselling
The VITMEE counselling procedure has commenced from 12th May 2023 through online mode. Those candidates who get their names in the merit list are allowed to take part in the counselling process.
During counselling, candidates get a chance to choose the branches as per their preference. Documents of the candidates will also be verified at the time of counselling. There will be specified amount of fee in order to appear for the counselling procedure
Documents Required for VITMEE Counselling:
Candidates reporting for counselling must carry the following documents in original for verification, along with one set of photocopy while reporting for counseling:
- VITMEE Admit Card & Rank Card
- Mark sheet of class 10thand 12th
- Mark sheet of all semesters/ years of the qualifying examination up to pre-final/ final year as applicable.
- Qualifying degree/ provisional certificate
- Transfer/ Migration/ College Leaving certificate obtained from the institute last attended

VITMEE 2023 Slot Booking
The VITMEE 2023 test slot booking is a web-based online scheduling system. The slot booking can be done on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to the availability of slots/ seats.
A slot once booked cannot be changed, requests for change of date, slot, or test center will not be entertained under any circumstances. A confirmation mail will be automatically sent to the e-mail address of the candidate, who has booked their schedule through the VITMEE booking system.
VITMEE 2023 Admit Card
The VITMEE admit card is released from April 2023 through online mode. The admit card contain the name of the candidate, registration number, photograph, signature, postal address, exam slot, etc.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without having a valid admit card. The admit card will be available to those candidates who have successfully selected their slots. The candidate must note that to keep admit card safe till the admission process gets over.

- The VITMEE 2023 application form is available in online mode.
- The application form has been released from 25th January 2023.
- The candidates have to enter basic personal and educational details of the candidates asked in the application form.
- Scanned copies of the photograph and signature of the candidates also need to be uploaded into the form.
- The last date to submit the application form will be till 9th April 2023.
- If there is any mistake in the application form candidate must correct it before 9th April 2023 as after that no application form can be changed.
- Take the printout of the application form for future reference.

- Step-1: Visit the website of VITMEE 2023 (Link is given above).
- Step-2: Enter into New User page and register your with required information.
- Step-3: Verify the registered email id and mobile number for the password received from VIT.
- Step-4: Pay the application fee through online mode Rs 1200/- by using Debit/ Credit card/ Net banking.
- Step-5: Upload the photograph and signature on the application form.
- Step-6: Aadhar card is compulsory to be uploaded.
- Step-7: Also upload the semester/ year pre final year upload up to 6 semester mark sheet.
- Step-8: Take the printout of the application form for future reference.
VITMEE Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the VITMEE 2023 Examination:
- Nationality: The candidates must be Resident Indian National and must be graduated from Institutions located in India. Foreign and NRI/ PIO candidates are required to submit the application separately.
- Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university/ Institute.
- Percentage: Candidates must score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
- Appearing: Candidates who are appearing for their last year or final semester in current year can also apply for the entrance exam.

VITMEE 2023 Exam Pattern
Following are the complete exam pattern for the VITMEE 2023:
- Mode of Exam: The mode of the exam will be in Online mode (CBT).
- Medium: The paper will be in English language .
- Duration: The duration of the exam will be 2 hours to solve the paper.
- Question Type: The question paper will consist of Objective type multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be given for every correct answer and there will be no negative marking.
