Programmes

Badruka College Post Graduate Centre provides degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. MBA programme is having the duration of two years with a compulsory summer internship project. The MBA programme is divided into four semesters. In the first year students study all the subjects related to the field of management to clear their basics and in the second year they can take any of the specializations of their choice.

The Placements and Grooming Division at Badruka College bridges the gap between the institution and the corporate world. The placement team works devotedly to provide the students with a skill set that will increase their employability and professionalism, and build them up to be confident participants in the work environment. The Placements and Grooming Division is constantly working to fine-tune the training and grooming process. A custom-designed mandatory training program called “Campus Recruitment Training” (CRT) is carried out before the recruitment season begins. The placement cell grooms students on personality development, group discussions and interviews.
