Banasthali University, Jaipur

Banasthali Vidyapith is a women’s university which is located in the Tonk district in Indian State of Rajasthan. It is a deemed university offering the programs in School, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctorate level. It is the largest residential university for women’s in the world. Banasthali Vidyapith was founded on October 6, 1935. It was later on declared as an institution ‘deemed to be university’ in 1983. Furthermore, it is approved by AICTE & affiliated to UGC. It offers many courses in many departments.

Campus

The area of the Banasthali Vidyapith is spread over 860 acres of the land. It is situated 72 km south-west of the capital Jaipur of Rajasthan. Newal is the major town close to the University. Banasthali Vidyapith is the center of learning for girls from nursery to post-graduate stage. It is well-connected with the other places by public transport. The campus is located in the district Tonk, Rajasthan.
