Ch. Devi Lal Memorial Government Engineering College is a government college, was established in the year 2003, named after the former Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri. Ch. Devi Lal. The institution is affiliated to the Guru Jambeshwar University of Science & Technology and approved by the AICTE and DTE Haryana.
The CDLM campus is sited on the Delhi – Fazilka National Highway-10 at Panniwala Mota in District Sirsa, Haryana. The campus is 22 km away from the Sirsa on Sirsa – Dabwali Road. The campus is well-connected by the roads.

The CDLM campus offers the annual intake over 330 seats in all disciplines of engineering and technology. The institution has 61 faculty members from all departments.
The CDLM campus provides lecture rooms, computerized library, computer centre equipped with more than 200 systems enabled with wi-fi internet, science & engineering laboratories, separate hostel facility for boys & girls, sports court, transportation, ATM, staff quarters and power house.
The CDLM campus conducts the NSS programme and camping. The institution organizes the seminars and workshops, annual day, teachers’ day and extracurricular activities.
