Kelappaji College of Agriculture Engineering & Technology, Tavanur

Kelappaji College of Agriculture  Engineering & Technology, Tavanur also known as KCAET is an agricultural engineering college situated in the Malappuram district of Kerala. The college was established in the year 1985 and named after freedom fighter and social reformer Sri K. Kelappan. KCAET is affiliated to Kerala Agricultural University and approved by ICAR and offering various graduates and postgraduate courses in the field of Agriculture.

Campus

KCAET is situated at Tavanur village in Malappuram district (Kerala). The college campus is spread in a 99 acres of land having lush green and beautiful environment located near the banks of river Bharathapuzha. The college has good connectivity with other states and city by fast and frequent transport facility.

Facility

The college has state of the art infrastructure comprising of all major facilities like well equipped labs and workshops, remote Sensing and photographic cell, Repographic and Audio Visual Unit, spacious and well ventilated classrooms, central library with good volumes of books and journals, canteen and mess facility, veterinary hospital and dairy unit,  sports facilities etc.
