Omega PG College, Ghatkesar

The Omega PG College, Ghatkesar was established in the year of 2007 by the Omega Educational Society. The college is affiliated to the Osmania University, Hyderabad and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Campus

The college campus is situated near Edulabad, Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist, Hyderabad. The campus is well-equipped with the modern infrastructure. The infrastructure includes the academic blocks and student’s blocks.

Facilities

The College has a central library with the huge collection of national & international journals, books, newspaper, magazines, periodicals, etc. It also provides the facility of the computer lab with the internet connectivity. There is a laboratory, cafeteria, well-established classrooms, seminar hall, conference hall and many more. College laboratories normally involve carrying out experiments using some of the modern equipment. The college provides 8 buses facility to the students and college staff in different route.

Programmes

The Omega PG College, Ghatkesar offers Master of Business Administration (MBA). The Colleges also offer the Master of Computer Application (MCA).

Placement

The Training and Placement cell has been established to provide good job opportunity for the students in private sector MNC’s. The college has an active placement cell that arranges guest lectures, workshops, soft skills programs, aptitude tests, etc. on a regular basis. It also imparts training from the first year onwards to the students providing emphasis to interpersonal relationships, motivational skills and communication skills. The main recruiters of college are IBM, Genpact, Wipro, CAPITAL IQ, Max Bupa, etc.
