Patanjali Ayurved College, Haridwar

Patanjali Ayurved College, Haridwar was founded on 4 January 2010 with the permission of Ayush Department Govt. of India, under the patronage of Patanjali Yogpeeth. The college was inaugurated by Sh. Gulam Nabi Azad, Ex. Honourable Health Minister, Govt. of India. It is run with the approval of Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) and affiliated to Uttarakhand Ayurved University.

Campus

The campus is situated in Delhi-Hardwar National Highway, Near Bahadrabad, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The college is spread over in an area of about 2.6 Hectares of land. The Ayurvedic hospital is associated with the college campus. The college is well-connected with the transport facility.

Facilities

The college provides the different hostel facilities for boys and girls with pure vegetarian food. There is a modern laboratory that is equipped with all the latest equipments and all other necessary facilities. The college has a well-stocked library with lots of collection of books, projects, reports, national and international journals, magazines and newspapers. There are also facilities of the canteen, yoga, well-equipped classrooms, computer labs, seminar halls, conference hall, etc. The college has highly qualified and experienced faculties that have been appointed to give quality education to the students.

Programmes

Patanjali Ayurved College, Haridwar offers Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). For BAMS, there are 60 seats available for the students. 30 seats of the BHMS programme will be filled through government quota and 30 seats will be filled via management quota. All the seats are filled All India level Uttarakhand Ayush Pre Medical Test (UAPMT).
