Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak

Vaish College of Engineering (VCE) was established in the year 1995 by the Vaish Educational Society which was established in 1919 and Sh. Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation had laid the foundation stone of the first school of this society in Rohtak. The VCE is a private and self-financing institution and affiliated to the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. The VCE is approved by the DTE Haryana, AICTE and Ministry of HRD.

Campus:

The VCE campus is placed in the Vaish Educational Complex in Rohtak district. The campus is placed in the heart of the city Near Railway Station. The campus of VCE is spread out in 16.8 acres of 86 acres land of the Vaish Educational Complex. The campus is well accessible from the Delhi, Chandigarh, Karnal and surrounding cities by the roads and rail network.

Programmes:

Facilities:

The VCE provides the wi-fi connection, separate hostel, auditorium, canteen, information technology centre, laboratories, library, 14 computer labs, GD room, conference hall, fitness centre, ATM, bicycle rentals and transportation.

Activities:

The VCE is an active member of SPICMACAY (Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture among Youth). The institution organizes the alumni meet and various cultural activities like singing, dancing, debate, writing, music and painting. The VCE celebrates the annual cultural programme named “Utsav”.

Placement:
