JEXPO 2026 Application Form

• The application form filling process has been started from 19th May 2026.
• Applicants have to fill out the JEXPO 2026 registration form through online mode, as there is no offline submission available.
• Candidates must go through the complete eligibility criteria and instructions before filling out the application form.
• To complete the form, students have to provide details like educational qualification, personal details, address, category, and other relevant information.
• Candidates also need to select up to five institutes of their choice in order of preferences, while filling the form.
• While filling the form, candidates are also required to upload a scanned colored photograph and signature in JPG/ JPEG format.
• Candidates must fill a single form only, as multiple forms from the same candidate will be rejected.
• It is instructed to fill the application form accurately, as no correction facility will be provided by the authority after the final submission of form.
• Application forms of eligible candidates will be accepted till July 2026.
• Candidates will be required to take a printout of the confirmation page of application form for future reference.

Application Fee:

• Students have to deposit the registration fee through online mode.
• Application fee is Rs. 225/- for Kanyashree enrolled and Rs. 450/- for other candidates.
• Accepted payment methods include Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, and UPI.
• Once the fee is remitted, it is non-refundable in any case.

• Aadhar card

JEXPO 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are required to fulfil the given eligibility criteria to apply for JEXPO 2026:

• Nationality: One must hold a citizenship of India and permanent residents of West Bengal to apply.
• Age Restrictions: Applying candidates must be born before July 1, 2011 and there is no maximum age limit.
• Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed 10th grade or equivalent exam from a recognized board to apply for JEXPO 2026.
• Subjects: Applicants must have successfully passed their qualifying examination with Science/Physical Science and Mathematics subject.
• Appearing Students: Those candidates appearing for their final year examination in 2026 are also eligible to apply.

• Go through the JEXPO 2026 website link (link is provided above).
• Click on the ‘registration’ link to begin the application process.
• Provide necessary information such as email ID and mobile number in the respective space.
• Recheck the registration details and  click on the submit button.
• The system will generate and send an OTP via SMS or email. 
• Enter the OTP to verify the registration details.
• After verification, students will have to create login credentials.
• Click on the ‘Login’ option, enter the user ID and password.
• Press the “Fill Application Form” button and start filling out the application form.
• Complete the application form with required details, including personal, educational, communication and category information.
• After entering the required details, upload scanned images of your photograph and signature in the specified size and JPG/ JPEG format.
• Click on the ‘Payment’ option and select the mode of payment.
• Pay the application fee through online mode (using debit card/credit card/ net banking or UPI methods).
• After successful payment, cross-check all the details furnished in the application form.
• If required, make necessary changes in the application details and then, click on the ‘submit’ button to save the updated details.
• At last, candidates should take multiple printouts of the confirmation page of completed application form for future records.
