NEET Expected Cut Off: NTA is expected to release the NEET 2025 cutoff along with the result on 14th June 2025. It will be released through online mode.
A cutoff is the qualifying mark that candidates need to get to clear the medical entrance exam. For NEET there are two types of cutoff admission cutoff and qualifying cutoff.
The NEET qualifying marks are the minimum scores a candidate must obtain to pass the exam, whereas the cut-off for admission refers to the last rank at which a candidate will be granted admission.
This year candidates can expect a little decrease in the NEET Cutoff due to the high difficulty of the exam. As per the overall analysis, NEET 2025 was very tough, and candidates didn’t do it well.
NTA will release the NEET result, topper list, and cutoff at neet.nta.nic.in. To check the NEET 2025 Result candidates will be required to log in.

The cutoff is made by considering some factors, including the number of candidates’ papers in the NEET examination, NEET exam difficulty level, and NEET number of seats available.
Steps To Check NEET Cutoff
Follow the given steps to check NEET cutoff 2025:
- Go to the NTA website.
- On the homepage, look for “News & events” option.
- Click on the “NTA Declares the Result / NTA Scores / Rank of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET (UG) – 2025 – Reg.” link.
- A notice will appear on the screen.
- Scroll and look for “Category-wise number of Candidates Qualified, based on qualifying criteria.”
- Under the same NEET Cutoff 2025 will be given.
If any candidates score the same marks, then the decision will be made based on the NEET tiebreaking policy.
