UKSEE is an admission procedure organised at state level by Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU). From 2023, UKSEE (Uttarakhand State Entrance Exam) has been scrapped.

UKSEE 2026 Application Form 

In the section below, candidates can get complete UKSEE 2026 registration details: 

• UKSEE 2026 registration & choice filling is starting from 28th May 2026 forvarious courses. 
• Candidates will be able to submit the form via online mode, no offline method is available. 
• Before applying, candidates are suggested to fulfill the complete eligibility requirements for admission. 
• During form filling, enter the details such as ID proof details, valid contact number & email ID & other details.
• After form filling, upload the passport size photograph & signature along with the necessary documents according to the given specifications. 
• While filling the form, candidates must be careful as the authority may or may not provide any facility to make corrections in form after submission. 
• Submit the form & do not forget to take a hardcopy of application form for further usage in admission. 

Application Fee: 

• Rs. 2000/- will be the registration fee for all category candidates. 
• Fee can be submitted through online mode, no offline method will be accepted. 
• Online facilities such as debit card/ credit card/ net banking will be available for payment. 
• Application fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances. 

UKSEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech (Lateral Entry): 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have completed a 3 years/ 2 years diploma in Engineering of SBTE from any AICTE approved institutions. 
• Those candidates who hold a three year B.Sc. Degrees from any recognized university will also be eligible to apply. 
• Subjects: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have passed their 12th standard exam with Mathematics as one of the subjects. 
• Marks: Applying candidates who have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) will also apply. 

B.Pharm Courses: 

• Qualification: To apply, candidates must have qualified in 12th grade examination from any recognized board. 
• Marks: In the qualifying examination, candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% marks in case of reserved category candidates) to apply. 
• Subjects: Applying candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with English as one of the subjects & PCM/ PCMB as mandatory subjects. 

For M.Tech Courses: 

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant subject from any recognized university/ institute to apply. 
• Marks: To apply, candidates must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category candidates).

How to Apply for UKSEE 2026

Get step-by-step procedure to apply for UKSEE 2026 admission: 

• Visit the website of UKSEE online (Direct Link will be given above). 
• On the homepage, press the “Register” button. 
• From the counselling portal, navigate to the link for “Registration of Candidates”.
• Now select the courses applying for & fill in details such as name, father’s & Mother’s  name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID & Captcha code in respective fields. 
• Press the “Register” button after furnishing the asked details. 
• Verify your details by entering the received OTP on the registered mobile number & email ID. 
• Login using details and press the “Application Form” button on the next page. 
• Fill the application form with personal, academic qualifications, communication & other required information.
• Recheck the details & press the “Save & Next” button. 
• Upload the scanned photograph, signature & ID Proof in prescribed format & size. 
• Candidates must upload the file not more than 100 KB & 2 MB for ID proof in JPG/JPEG format. 
• Now press the “Save & Next” button & preview the field details. 
• On the next page, submit the registration fee using the available payment method. 
• Now proceed to choice filling option. 
• Provide choices of Institute Status (Private/ Government), Institute Name & Branch Name. 
• Click on “Final Submit & Proceed” to the payment button. 
• Submit the form & do not forget to take a hardcopy of registration form for further usage.
