Once the exam gets complete, the authority will release the AFMC MBBS Result 2026 in third week of June 2026 via online mode on the website. After the result declaration, the institute will publish a separate merit list for male & female candidates.

The final merit list for MBBS admission will be determined based on candidates’ scores in NEET UG, interview and ToELR. Admission will be offered only to candidates shortlisted in the merit lists, according to their final merit position.

AFMC MBBS 2026 Cut Off

To qualify for AFMC MBBS 2026 admission, candidates must achieve the minimum qualifying score in the NEET UG exam. The authority will release the separate cut off list for different categories via online mode.
