After the declaration of the merit list for the candidates selected on the basis of entrance test, candidates are called for counselling. Candidates get select for AFMC Nursing admission by clearing following steps:

1. Shortlisting through NEET (UG) scores:  Shortlisting of candidates is done on the basis of screening at designated venue on the basis of NEET (UG) merit list. Further the shortlisted candidates are called for ToGIGE, PAT, interview & medical examination. Candidates are also required to download admit card for the interview test.

2. Document Verification: Candidates have to verify the original documents mentioned in the admit card at the time of interview.

3. Test of General Intelligence & General English (ToGIGE): It is held via Computer Based Test (CBT mode). Question paper will contain 40 MCQ’s. Each question will consist of 2 marks. There is also negative marking of 0.5 marks for each incorrect answer. Candidates have to complete the test within 30 minutes only.

4. Psychological Assessment Test: It is mandatory to qualify PAT, but its score can not be considered for final merit list.

5. Interview: It is held at designated centres by board of Officer’s.

6. Medical Examination: Candidates who get shortlisted will undergo Special Medical Board (SMB) at the designated centres.

Documents Required for Interview Round

Following below is the list of documents which are required during interview round:

  • Date of birth proof (class 10th certificate or equivalent)
  • Class 12th mark sheet and certificate or equivalent
  • Candidates appearing in 12th board exam need to bring attested copy of hall ticket/admit card of board exam
  • Two character certificate from different gazette officers
  • 10 passport size colored photographs
  • Interview admit card.
  • Nationality/Domicile certificate.
  • Transfer certificate
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhar Card
  • Gap certificate (if applicable)
  • NCC certificate (if applicable)
  • Dependent certificate of army/ex-army personnel (if applicable)
  • Certificate of participation in sports events at national/state/district, college or school level

AFMC Nursing Result

The result of AFMC nursing 2023 has been declared through online mode. The result is uploaded on the website in the PDF format.

Following details are mentioned in the result such as serial number, roll number, marks obtained, merit number.

After the declaration of the result the authority release separate merit list category-wise based on candidates score in exam. Candidates are called for further document verification procedure during counselling.

AFMC Nursing 2023 Final Result

The final result of AFMC nursing 2023 is based on combined merit of written exam, interview and medical exam. Clearing the medical exam is mandatory for admission.

The final merit list is displayed on a board website. The candidates are intimated through emails. Candidates clearing all the stages are given admission into given below army nursing colleges.

AFMC Nursing Admission

Candidates selected for B.Sc. nursing training are granted permanent and short service commission at a ratio of 60:40 based on their merit. The final selected candidates have to produce their documents at the reporting centre.

The candidates those verify their documents are given final admission. Candidates have to submit the admission fee of the academic year. The classes will be commenced form November 2023.
