AIBE 2022 Registration has been extended till 18th January 2023. AIBE (All India Bar Examination) is a National Level Examination conducted every year by Bar Council of India. The examination will be conducted for checking the abilities of candidate in professional law in India. Qualified candidates of AIBE examination will receive the “certificate of Practice” by Bar council of India. Here are some Detailed information candidates needs to know before applying for AIBE Application Form 2022:

• AIBE Application form can only be submitted through online mode, as no other mode is provided for the submission of application form.
• Candidates are able to register themselves for AIBE 2022 from 13th December 2022.
• Applicant are advised to fill application form very carefully as no correction facility will be provided for AIBE Application Form.
• The details filled by candidates in the application form must have valid documentation proof, as it will be required at the time of verification rounds.
• Every individual candidate can fill the application form only at once, as multiple application form of same candidate can cause rejection of application form.
• Candidate must fill one application form before the prescribed date for submission of application form, as no application form will be accepted after the completion of registration process.
• The last date for submission of application form is till 18th January 2023.
• Candidate are advised to seek the printout of filled Application Form and Fee Receipt for future reference.

Application Fee:

• Candidate can pay application from fee through Online mode.
• For that candidate can use SBI Challan facility, Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment gateway for transaction of application fee.
• The offline application fee must be submitted within 24 hrs of registration.

• Nationality: Applying Applicant for AIBE Examination should be the citizen of Indian to be eligible.
• Age Limit: There won’t be any age limit criteria for candidates.
• Qualification: Candidate should have passed 3 or 5 year bachelor’s degree in LLB program from any recognized Institute or university.
• Enrolment: Applying candidates should have enrolled with their state Bar Council.

How to Apply for AIBE 2022

Following are the complete step by step process for filling AIBE 2022 online Application Form:

• Visit the website of AIBE 2022. (link is given above)
• Candidate will require Advocate ID Card issued by State Bar council, Enrolment Certificate, Scanned photo and Signature, Category and Disability certificate if applicable.
• First fill the Registration form will details like Name, Gender, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Email Id, Phone Number etc.. then submit the information.
• Now upload your Passport Size photo and signature within required size and Format.
• Candidates photo should not be more than 3 month old and should be with plane background.
• Signature should be running hand signature and should be scanned.
• Candidate will receive Registration Number and Password in there registered email Id .
• And then click on “login here” link and login with Registration Number and Password and click on “Login” button.
• Now click on “Print challan” and take the printout of challan.
• After 24 hrs of registration go to the SBI bank and pay the application fee through challan mode.
• Login again in the registration form click on “Upload challan and details” then upload challan and fill all require details and click on “Submit”.
• Now click on “Application Form” then your filled application form will appear.
• Edit the details if you want and then click on print to take print out Of filled application form for future reference.
• Candidate don’t need to send hardcopy of Application form to anyone.
