Candidates must go through the details related to AIIMS MBBS 2025 application form:

  • The AIIMS MBBS (NEET) application form 2025 will be released through online mode.
  • Students will be able to fill the registration form in the second week of February 2025.
  • Applicants will need to enter the denial in application form such as personal, academic, contact details etc.
  • Before applying for exam, students must fulfil the eligibility criteria of exam.
  • Candidates will need to upload the required document within a prescribed size and format.
  • The authority will also provide a correction facility to rectify mistakes in application form for a particular time period.

How to Apply for AIIMS MBBS 2025

Follow the given steps to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2025 exam:

  • Step 1: Visit the online website (link will be available above).
  • Step 2: Click on “New Registration” link.
  • Step 3: Enter the details in application form such as email Id, phone number, academic details etc.
  • Step 4: Now, OTP will be sent to the registered email ID and password.
  • Step 5: Fill all the details asked in application form.
  • Step 6: Upload passport size photograph and signature in a specific size and format.
  • Step 7: Submit the application fee to complete the application process.
  • Step 8: After submitting the form, a confirmation page will appear on the screen.
  • Step 9: Take a printout of application form and keep it safe for further use.

AIIMS MBBS 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must check the AIIMS MBBS 2025 eligibility criteria given below:

  • Nationality: Only Indian citizens will be eligible to apply.
  • Qualification: Candidates  should have passed class 10+2 examination or its equivalent from any recognised board.
  • Subjects: Students should have Physics, Chemistry and Biology in class 12th to be eligible for exam.
  • Marks Criteria: One must obtain minimum 50% aggregate marks (40% for reserved category) in their qualifying exam.
  • Age limit: Applying candidates age should be between 17 to 25.
  • Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th will also be eligible for exam.

  • Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper based).
  • Duration: The duration of exam will be 3 hours and 20 minutes.
  • Language: The language of the question paper will be in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Odia, Gujarati, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Punjabi.
  • Type of Question: Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in the exam.
  • Total Marks: The AIIMS MBBS (NEET) 2025 question paper will be of 720 marks.
  • Number of Question: There will be a total of 200 questions asked in exam in which 180 questions will be compulsory and in Section B choices will be given.
  • Marking Scheme: For each correct answer, four marks will be awarded.

AIIMS MBBS 2025 Cut Off

The AIIMS MBBS (NEET) cut off 2025 will be published through online mode. Candidates will need to obtain a minimum qualifying mark in order to be eligible for counselling procedure. The cut off will be published after a few days of declaration of result.
