AILET 2024 Application Form has been extended till 15th November 2023. Correction has been started. National Law University, Delhi is the organizing authority of AILET (All India Law Entrance Test). AILET is a national level law entrance exam conducted every year. It is conducted for admission in UG/ PG law courses such as – 5 years B.A LLB (Hons), LLM and Ph. D course. Interested candidates can apply online for AILET 2024 exam scheduled on 10^th December 2023. In this article, we have provided complete details regarding the AILET Application form 2024.

In this section, students can know various details about AILET 2024 Application form below:

• The application form of AILET 2024 is available online from 7^th August 2023.
• Candidates can apply online from the website. Offline mode is not available for registration.
• Before registration, make sure students go through complete details mentioned on admission notification and eligibility criteria.
• Students must fill details in the application form correctly, as changes will not be applicable after submission of form.
• However, the authority may provide the correction facility in some fields after completion of application process.
• Registration process will remain open till 15th November 2023.
• There are various steps in the application process – Online registration, filling of application form, uploading of images, fee payment and printing of form.

Application Fee:

• Students can submit the AILET application fee through online mode.
• No offline mode is applicable for fee submission.
• Fee payment can be done through debit card/ credit card and internet banking methods.
• For General category candidates, Rs.3500/- is the application fee.
• Whereas, for SC/ ST/PwD candidates, fee is Rs.1500/-.

AILET 2024 Application Correction

The authority may provide the facility to make correction in the details entered in AILET 2024 application form. Students are able to edit the application details after completion of application process.

The correction window has been opened from 14th November 2023. Students must note that only some of the details are editable in the application form. No offline mode is entertained for correction in application. Editing in mobile number, nationality & BPL details are not allowed.

AILET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Go through AILET Eligibility details below before registering for the exam:

For BA LLB (Hons):

• Qualifying exam: Applying candidates must have passed 12^th level or its equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
• Minimum marks: Candidates should have obtained minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the 12^th level or qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing for 12^th level in 2024 are also eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: No age limit is prescribed by authority for appearing in AILET.

For LLM:

• Qualifying exam: Applying candidates must have passed LLB or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
• Qualifying marks: Candidates in the qualifying level must have obtained minimum of 50% marks (45% for ST/ SC/ PH category).
• Appearing: Those appearing in final year of LLB degree in 2024 are also eligible to apply.

Students can follow the below provided steps to apply for AILET 2024:

• Visit the online website (Link is provided above)
• Click on the option provided as – ‘AILET 2024 Registration’.
• Register by providing necessary details. An OTP will be generated and sent to the registered mail id and mobile number.
• Now login with the provided login credentials sent to registered number and mail id.
• Start filling the online application form by entering the necessary details.
• Fill your personal, qualification, communication, and other asked details in the form.
• Upload scanned images of photograph and signature as per the specifications and format prescribed by the authority.
• Pay application fee as per the specified categories through the various payment gateways provided.
• Go through the filled details in the form and re-check it before final submission.
• Print the application form and keep it safe for any further reference.
