AP ECET 2023 Application Form

Before filling the application, candidates must check details about AP ECET Application form 2023 from below:

  • The application form will be released from the 4th week of February 2023 through online mode. The candidates have to fill in all the necessary details and complete the online registration.
  • Uploading the category certificates, relevant mark sheet, photograph, signature, and other documents are also necessary for the application form.
  • After filling in all the details in the form, participants will have to make the payment of the application fee by net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ AP/ TS online center and submit the online application form.
  • The application form of the candidate may be rejected in case mandatory fields are blank and the form is not filled properly.
  • Candidates must fill the application form before the due date, in fourth week of March 2023.

 Application Fee:

  • The application fee will be Rs 500/- for all the candidates
  • The application fee can be paid through the payment gateway Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking.
  • The Application fee can be submitted both online as well as offline.
  • In offline mode, candidates can pay the fee through AP/TS online centres.

 AP ECET Eligibility Criteria

  • The applying candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Applying candidates must belong to Andhra Pradesh state.
  • The candidate must satisfy the local/ non-local status of the AP government.


  • The candidate who resides within the state of Andhra Pradesh is eligible to apply.

Education Qualification:

  • A Diploma in B.Tech/ Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh or any other with 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) is required to apply.
  • The candidate must have passed 3 years of B.Sc degree or its equivalent with Mathematics as a compulsory subject from a recognized University in the state with 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category).
  • Candidates who are pursuing a Diploma course will be eligible for the relevant B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy degree.

AP ECET 2023 Exam Pattern

Candidates can check the exam pattern of AP ECET 2023 from below:

  • Mode: The test will be conducted through online mode (CBT).
  • Language: The exam will be conducted in the English language only.
  • Maximum marks: The paper contains 200 Objective-Type questions.
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer and there is not any negative marking on the paper.
  • Duration: The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.

AP ECET 2023 Syllabus

The AP ECET Syllabus is set by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. The candidate must be aware of the syllabus and exam pattern to prepare well for the entrance exam.

  • The syllabus for B.Sc. (Mathematics) will be on Mathematics, Communicative English, and Analytical Ability.
  • For the Engineering course, the syllabus will contain the class 11th and 12th PCM subjects.
  • The syllabus of the pharmacy course will contain topics such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, and Pharmacology.

Answer: The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in AP ECET is 25% of the aggregate marks in four subjects.

 AP ECET 2023 Hall Ticket

The AP ECET Hall Ticket will release in 3rd week of April 2023 through online mode. To download the admit card candidates have to enter the enrollment number and get the admit card. The admit card will contain the details like candidate’s name, father’s name, category, photograph, signature, date of birth, etc.

Candidates should carry their admit cards on the day of the examination as no candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall. Authority will release the admit card for every registered candidate for the examination.

AP ECET 2023 Answer Key

The AP ECET Answer key will release in 2nd week of May 2023 through online mode. The answer key will contain all the correct answers to the question that are asked in the examination.

This will be published in PDF format and in order to download it login details will not be required. The answer key will help the candidates get an idea about the marks they will be getting in the examination.

In case the candidates find any mistake in the answer key they can surely challenge it. But there is a time limit within which the candidates must submit the objections. Once the error is re-checked, the answer key will be published once again. The resulting score will be calculated on the final answer key.

AP ECET 2023 Result

The AP ECET Result will be published in the month of May/June 2023. Candidates will be able to check the result online by providing the admit card number and the registration number online by logging into their website.

The scorecard will include the name of the candidate, roll number, date of birth, gender, rank obtained total score, etc. Those candidates who will have their names on the merit list will be shortlisted for AP ECET counselling rounds.

AP ECET 2023 Cut Off

The candidates will have to get a minimum of 25% marks in the aggregate in 4 subjects. It means to qualify for the exam, the candidate will have to at least 40 out of 200. For the SC/ ST candidates, there are no qualifying marks.

AP ECET Rank Card will also be released after the declaration of result. Candidates will be able to download the rank card by entering the required details. The rank card will contain candidate’s rank, marks scored and other exam related details.

AP ECET 2023 Counselling

The AP ECET Counselling procedure will be commenced in the 4th week of June 2023. Counseling rounds will be commenced by the authority through online mode.

They will organize the counseling procedure/ seat allotment for candidates who secured a position on the merit list. The process of counselling will be followed by various rounds such as online registration, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting. On the basis of the candidate’s rank on the rank card, admission will be offered.
