CEED 2025 exam will be organised by IIT, Bombay. It is a design entrance test organised at national level. Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED 2025) is conducted to provide admission in M.Des & Ph.D courses.
It is conducted to test candidate’s design aptitude like visual perception ability, logical reasoning, creativity, drawing skills, communication, and problem solving skills. Several IITs & Design schools consider the CEED scores for providing admission in PG design courses.

CEED 2025 Application Form
Candidates must read the brochure and instructions given below before filling the CEED application form 2025:
- CEED 2025 registration will be started from first week of October 2024.
- Only online mode will be available to apply for CEED exam.
- Candidate will be required to upload the scanned documents as prescribed by the authority.
- To complete the registration form, candidates will have to pay the application fee through the payment mode provided by the website.
- The application form will be submitted till third week of November 2024 with late fee.
- No CEED application correction facility will be provided by the authority.
- After filling the application, take some printouts of it for further use.
Registration Fee:
- The application fee will be non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Payment will be done through net banking, debit card, credit card etc.
- Apart from application fee, candidates have to pay the processing fees charged by the banks.

How to Apply for CEED 2025
- Step-1: Visit the website of CEED 2025 (Link will be given above)
- Step-2: Click on the ‘Register’ button.
- Step-3: Enter the registration details and register yourself.
- Step-4: Login again and fill remaining details like guardian, address, qualification etc.
- Step-5: Upload the scanned images in the registration form.
- Step-6: Pay the application fee through online mode.
- Step-7: Take printout of the application form for further use.
CEED 2025 Eligibility Criteria
It is mandatory to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. CEED eligibility criteria is mentioned below:
- Qualifying Exam: Degree, diploma or PG degree of minimum three years is necessary to apply for CEED.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing for the final exam by July 2025 are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates with GD Arts diploma programme (10+5 level) can also apply.
- Age Limit: There will no upper or lower age limit to apply for this exam.
- Attempts: No attempt limit is prescribed by the authority. Candidates can attempt for this exam as many times they want.
CEED 2025 Exam Pattern
Candidates can check below CEED exam pattern 2025:
- Exam Duration: The exam will be conducted in morning shift, i.e. 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM total 3 hours.
- Parts: The exam will have total two parts, i.e. Part A & Part B.
- Mode: Part A will be conducted through online mode and Part B will be conducted through offline mode.
- Type of Questions: NAT (Numerical Answer Type), MSQ (Multiple Select Questions), MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) will be asked in the exam.
- Language: The question papers will be asked in English language.

CEED 2025 Syllabus
Candidates preparing for the exam must prepare from the CEED syllabus prepared by the officials. Syllabus will be released through online mode along with information bulletin. The syllabus of Part A & Part B is provided below.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
CEED 2025 Admit Card
Admit card or hall ticket will be available for download through the website. CEED 2025 hall ticket will be available from first week of January 2025. No offline mode will be permitted to get the admit card.
Before reporting to the exam center, candidates must take a clear printout of the admit card. If any discrepancy found in the admit card, candidates please write to [email protected] immediately. The last date to make correction will be till second week of January 2025.
CEED 2025 Answer Key
CEED answer key 2025 will be available in fourth week of January 2025. The authority will release the answer key through online mode. Candidates will have the facility to submit challenegs regarding draft answer key.
Answer key objection window will be opened in the month of January 2025. Any objections will be accepted through online mode. The final answer key will be published in first week of February 2025. The answer key will contain the answers of the questions asked in the CEED exam.
CEED 2025 Result
CEED result 2025 will be announced through online mode. The result will be announced in first week of March 2025. Appeared candidates will be able to download their result by entering their login details. No hard copy of the candidates will be sent to the candidates.
CEED 2025 score card will be available to download from second week of March to second week of June 2025. Marks of Part A will be available for all candidates appeared in the exam and Part B marks will be announced for the candidates selected for next round. The score card will be valid for one year after the date of result declaration.
CEED 2025 Cut off
The cut off will be released after the announced of result. CEED cut off 2025 will be published in second week of February 2025. It will be available through online mode. Candidates will be eligible for admission as per the released cut off.
The mean & standard deviation may be expected around 41.90 and 16.72 for the exam (Part A). It is necessary to score marks under the released cut off to get eligible for further admission rounds.
CEED 2025 Admission Procedure
The authority will not organise any centralized or combined counselling for admission through CEED scores. Each participating institution or college will organise their separate counselling for admission. CEED admission process will begin after the release of score card.
Candidates may have to qualify other admission rounds like interview, GD etc to get admission. Candidates have to bring their original documents along with photocopies for verification during the admission process.
