CLAT Exam Update: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has opened the CLAT 2026 application correction window.
The CLAT 2026 registration started on 01st August, and candidates can apply till 07th November 2025. Candidates who have sucessfully submitted the form are eligible to use the correction facility.
Candidates can only make corrections to the application form through online mode. The CLAT application correction link is activated at consortiumofnlus.ac.in
The application correction window for CLAT 2026 is open for 05 days from 05th November to 09th November 2025. Candidates are allowed to make corrections in only a few fields.
Editable fields are the Name, date of birth, programme applied (UG/PG), and Reservations Eligibility, and edit their test location preferences.
How To Make corrections in CLAT 2026 Application Form?
Simply follow the steps provided below to edit your CLAT 2026 registration form:
- Visit at consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Now, click on “CLAT 2026” on the top right side.
- Look for the “login” portal.
- Enter your registered mobile number & password.
- Click the ‘Edit Application’ button
- Navigate to the ‘Preferences’ tab
- Check your test location preferences, and update if required
- Click the Next (>) button to go to the ‘Reservation’ tab
- Scroll down, agree to the declaration
- Once done, click on the “submit” option.
- Download the confirmation page for further use.

The CLAT correction facility is a one-time opportunity, and candidates can only use this within the specified time. Once the correction window is closed, no request will be accepted by the authority.

Examination for CLAT 2026 will be held on 07th December 2025. At the exam center, candidates are required to carry their admit card. Details on the CLAT admit card will be mentioned based on the application form.
Once the application fee for CLAT and the application form are submitted, candidates will not get the fees back. Application fees are non-refundable.
