National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts CUET examination once a year at the national level. Admission to various participating universities/ institutes is offered through the CUET examination.

CUET Application Form 2026

Candidates are advised to fill the CUET 2026 Application Form very carefully, read the instructions given below before filling the form:

• Online registration process has been started on 3rd January 2026.
• Candidates can fill CUET application form through online mode. No offline facility is provided to submit the form.
• Candidates are advised to read the instructions given in the Information Brochure carefully before filling the details in the form.
• Fill the application form with personal details, educational qualification, university/ programme selection, test paper details, exam city selection, etc.
• Upload the scanned images of documents including photograph & signature in the correct format.
• Candidates must make sure to upload images of documents in jpg/ jpeg format.
• Application form filling process will continue till 30th January 2026.
• Authority will also provide correction facility to the candidates from 2nd to 4th February 2026.
• Candidates must take a printout of the confirmation page of the filled application form and keep it safe for future references.

Documents Needed for CUET Application Form 2026

• Scanned image of photograph
• Scanned image of signature
• PWD certificate (wherever applicable)
• category certificate (if applicable)
• 10th/ 12th qualification details
• Contact details including email ID & mobile number
• Identity proof, etc.

CUET 2026 Application Fee:

• Application fee can be submitted via online mode only.
• Online application fee can be paid through debit card/ credit card/ UPI payment services.
• Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

CUET 2026 Application Correction

CUET Application Correction window 2026 will be activated from 2nd to 4th February 2026. Candidates will be able to edit mistakes through online mode using login details. Candidates must ensure that corrections sent by them through mail/ post/ whatsapp/ hand will not be accepted.

Aspirants will need to edit details in the application form using application number & password. Correction facility will be provided to the candidates only once, no correction in details will be received after the due date of correction.

CUET UG 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for CUET 2026 exam, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

• Nationality: Indian citizen candidates are eligible to apply for CUET 2026.
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th level or its equivalent exam from any recognised board.
• Age Limit: There is no age limit criteria for the exam. However, participating universities will have their own criteria.
• Appearing: Candidates who are appearing in class 12th are also eligible to apply for exam.

How to Apply for CUET UG 2026

Know step by step procedure to fill CUET 2026 application form from below:

• Visit the CUET official website (Direct Link to apply provided above).
• Go to the ‘CUET (UG) 2026 Application Form’ button & fill application through online mode. No offline facility will be provided to fill the form.
• Register yourself on the website by providing asked details i.e. name, email email ID & mobile number before filling the registration form.
• A system generated application number and password will be generated & sent to you on registered mobile number.
• Go to the ‘Login‘ button and provide your registration details i.e. application number & password.
• Fill all the correct details in the application form including personal, communication, educational qualification, university/ institute, subjects etc. and submit.
• Upload Your LIVE photograph and all the necessary documents including scanned passport size photograph, signature, category certificate, PWD certification (wherever applicable) in JPG/ JPEG format.

Image Specifications:

• In next step, go to the payment section and pay fee through online mode using debit card/ credit card/ net banking and UPI method.
• A confirmation page of the online application form will be generated after successful payment of registration fee.
• Do not forget to download, save and print a copy of filled application form for future references.
