Step-1: Download Application Form

• Visit the website of exam conducting authority.
• The application form will be opened.
• Download and take printout of the application form.

Step-2: Fill Application Form & Attach Documents

• Fill all the necessary details in the application form carefully.
• Candidates have to fill personal, educational, communication, course applying and other details in the application form.
• Paste a recent passport size colored photograph in the given space.
• Attach all the required document in the application form.
• Candidates have to attach the attested copies of the required documents.

Step-3: Fee Payment

• Visit any of the nearest branch of SBI bank.
• Obtain the counterfoil of the challan.
• Now, pay the application fee to the account specified by the authority.
• Candidates must take a proof fee payment for further use.

Step-4: Submit Application Form

• After the application fee payment, attach all require document including fee payment proof in the application form.
• Visit the nearest “Document Verification Centers” in person with all the required documents.
• The application form will be submitted at the document verification centre.
• The list of document verification centers will be mentioned in the information bulletin.
