HP PAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

It is necessary to fulfill the complete eligibility criteria prescribed by the authority in order to become eligible to sit in the entrance exam.

If any candidate will qualify the entrance test, then they will be considered for the admission procedure only if they will satisfy all the eligibility criteria.

If in case any candidate will found to be ineligible at a later stage of the admission, their candidature will be cancelled on the spot. Such candidates will no longer be part of the admission process.

HP PAT 2025 Eligibility Norms

Below we have given the complete eligibility criteria that should be fulfilled by the appearing candidates. To fill out the HP PAT 2025 application form, it will be necessary to fulfill the given below eligibility criteria.

Domicile:

Applying candidate must be a native of India. Candidate should have the Domicile of Himachal Pradesh state.

Qualifying Exam:

Candidate should pass the 10th or equivalent exam from any recognized board/university.

Minimum Marks:

Candidate must obtain 35% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for HP PAT.

Subjects:

The necessary subjects in 10th class will be Mathematics, Science, and English.

Appearing Candidates:

Candidates who are studying in the 10th class (March 2025), will also be eligible to apply for this exam.

They will be given admission on a provisional basis. Such a candidate’s eligibility will be verified at the time of counselling by the central Admission Selection Committee.

HP PAT 2025 Application Form

The exam conducting authority will release the HP PAT 2025 application form in last week of March 2025. Candidates will be able to submit the application form by April 2025. After the last date of application, no candidates will be allowed to fill out the application form.

Candidates will be able to fill out the application form through online mode only. Candidates will be able to fill in all the details carefully in the application form. There is no need to send any application form to the exam conducting authority.

No correction will be offered later on. Candidates will be able to make correction only before the final submission of application form or before payment.  Candidates are advised to fill out the application carefully and correctly to avoid rejection.

Application Fee:

The application fee will be Rs. 650/- for general candidates. OBC/ SC/ ST candidates have to pay Rs. 400/-. Candidates will be able to submit their application fee either through online mode or through SBI Bank Challan.

Once the application fees are paid by candidates no refund will be given. Candidate’s rejection will be cancelled if they will submit the required fees sucessfully or within the allotted time.

Application Form Rejection Reasons

Below we have given some of the reasons why candidate’s application forms get rejected for HP PAT:

• Application of candidates will be rejected who will be found ineligible.
• Candidates who will submit applications or fees after the last date will be rejected.
• If any document is found false or missing, such an application will be not accepted.
• Error or false information in the registration forms. Details mentioned in non clarity manner.
• If required document will be not attached in the specified size or format.
• For candidates who will submit multiple applications, their registration is cancelled.
