Following are the details about IISC 2023 application form with some key instructions given below:

• The application form has been made available through online mode.
• The application form for PG courses has been released from 2nd February 2023 to 23rd March 2023.
• Application form for UG courses has been released on 15th March 2023 to 20th June 2023.
• Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• Candidates have to fill the details in application form including academic and personal details, address etc.
• Candidate must enter details carefully as authority will not provide the correction facility later.
• Upload the scanned required documents like photograph and signature to complete the application form.
• Submit the application form and take the printout of the application form for future reference.

Application Fee:

• The application fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Candidate are able to pay fee using Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking/ UPI.
• Application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

IISC 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must check the IISC eligibility criteria 2023 before filling the application form:

For UG courses:

• Qualification: Candidate must pass Intermediate or equivalent exams from any recognised board.
• Marks: The minimum marks candidate must scored at least 60% marks (for SC/ ST candidate have to just pass the exam).
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidate must pass with Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Biology as mandatory subject.
• Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing in final year will be eligible to apply for exam.
• Score: Candidate must have valid score card of JEE Main/ JEE Advanced/ NEET.

For PG courses:

• Qualification: Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology or its equivalent from any recognised university.
• B. Tech/ B.E equivalent exam of professional Societies, recognized by MoE/ UPSC/ AICTE recognized by MoE are only eligible to apply.
• Candidate must have Bachelor degree in Architecture/ Design for M.Des programme only.
• Master’s degree holder in science including Physics with Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Geology/ Computer Application/ Physical Science/ Mathematical Science as applicable to individual department offering MTech program.
• All candidates should qualify Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for MTech., GATE or in the Common Entrance Exam for design CEED 2023 for M.Des., and GATE or CAT for M.Mgt., and possess the valid score as on 1st August 2023.

How to Apply for IISC 2023

• Go to the website (link is available above).
• Click on “Apply Online” link for registering the online application form.
• Read all the given instructions before filling the application form.
• Now click on the ‘Online admission portal 2023’ and select your course i.e. ug, pg.
• Fill registration form with all required details carefully.
• Enter details like Personal, Academic details, exam centre, phone number, communicational, etc.
• Upload the scanned documents like photograph and signature to complete the application form.
• Candidate have to upload the scanned photograph in jpg format with plane background.
• The signature file must be in jpg or jpeg format only.
• Candidate must upload the category certificate to any reserved category candidate.
• Now candidates have to select the payment mode for completing the transaction.
• Candidate will be able to submit the fee through online mode using debit card, credit card, and net banking.
• Download the application form and take the printout of same and fee receipt for future reference.
