IISER 2026 Admit Card will be released on 24th May 2026. It is released through online mode. Indian Institute of Science Education & Research (IISER) is the conducting authority for IISER examination.

IISER is a national level entrance test also known as IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). Through this test, admission is offered in 5 year of Dual Degree BS-MS courses.

Earlier, admission was offered through three channels – IAT, KVPY & JEE Advanced but from 2025 onwards admission is only offered through IAT (IISER Aptitude Test).

IISER Admit Card 2026

Candidates must have to login by entering their login details – Email ID & password. Admit card will be made available through online mode. No candidate will receive it through post or any other mode.

Admit card for IAT aptitude test will be released on 24th May 2026. Candidates should also affix passport size photograph on the admit card after downloading it. Candidates are advised to check all the details & instructions mentioned on the admit card.

No candidate will be able to enter the examination hall without showing their admit card. In case of any discrepancy in the admit card, candidates must contact the officials before the exam.

IISER 2026 Admit Card Dates

IISER 2026 Admit Card will be released on 24th May 2026. Aptitude Test 2026 will be held on 7th June 2026. Exam will be conducted in CBT mode.

IISER entrance test is conducted in various cities across India. Allotted exam centre and city will be provided on the admit card.

After a few weeks of examination, the conducting authority will publish the result. Result will be announced in the June 2026. Seat allocation process will be commenced in June/ July 2026 after result declaration.

How to Download IISER Admit Card 2026

Candidates must follow below steps to download IISER Admit card:

• Visit the online website of IISER (Direct Link will be provided above).
• Click on the ‘Login’ option.
• Fill all required login details such as Date of Birth (D.O.B), registration number, etc. in the given text box.
• Click on ‘submit’ button to view admit card.
• Check your details in the admit card.
• Download your admit card.
• Keep the printout of it for further process.

Details Mentioned on IISER Admit Card

Admit card of IISER contains various details of the appearing candidate & exam. These details are:

• Candidate’s Name
• Roll Number
• Father’s Name
• Category
• Photograph
• Signature
• Exam Date
• Exam Venue
• Exam Day Instructions, etc.

Documents Required On Exam Day

Candidates have to bring following documents on the exam day at the exam centre:

• IISER Admit card
• Any Valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, DL, PAN card etc.)
• Passport size photographs

How to Retrieve a Forgotten Password?

Candidates must follow the given steps to retrieve a forgotten password:

• Visit the IISER website (Direct link will be mentioned above).
• On the homepage, click on “Aptitude Test” option.
• Press on Apply for IAT option.
• Click on the “Already Registered” link.
• Now, press on Forget User ID/ Password button.
• Enter your user ID and captcha.
• Click on “Change Password” button.
• Enter the password and click on Save button.

Instructions for Exam Day

• The time of reporting at the exam centre will be mentioned on the admit card. So, candidates must appear according to the specified time.
• Candidates must reach exam venue with a downloaded admit card, passport size photographs & any ID proof.
• Candidates will not be allowed to carry any barred items inside the examination hall.
• Candidates must not misbehave and do restricted activities at the exam hall.
• Water bottles, tea, coffee, snacks, etc. will not be allowed to be taken by candidates in the examination hall.
• No candidates should leave their seat or exam hall until the exam concludes as per the schedule.

Candidates must download their hall ticket before the examination day. Admit card is a very important document for students to appear for IAT exam. Without hall ticket, students are not permitted inside the exam hall.

Students must also carry any one photo identity proof along with the hall ticket. Applicants are advised to take a multiple printout of their hall ticket for future reference.
