JEE Main 2026 Admit Card Updates: National Testing Agency to soon release JEE Mains 2026 admit card (session 2) for all exams.
It will be released by online mode through login. Candidates can download or get the JEE Main admit card only from jeemain.nta.nic.in, website. It is mandatory to bring JEE main admit card on exam day.
NTA does not send admit card to candidates through post or any other medium. Admit card will be released for both paper 1 and paper 2. To download the JEE hall ticket, you are required to enter the application number, date of birth, and security pin in the candidate’s login portal.
JEE Mains 2026 Admit Card Release Date
According to released schedule PDF, JEE Main 2026 Session 2 CBT exam will be conducted on 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th April 2026 and Paper 2A and Paper 2B exam shift on 7th April 2026.
Is the JEE Main 2026 admit card released?
Looking on to previous year trends, JEE Main 2025 exam for session 2 were conducted from 2nd April to 9th April 2026. NTA released the admit cards for Paper 1 first on 28th March 2026 and for Paper 2 on 2nd April 2026.
So, according to this, students can expect NTA to release JEE Mains 2026 Admit Card Session 2 anytime by 28th March 2026.
How to Download JEE Mains 2026 Admit Card Session 2?
Candidates can easily check their JEE admit card by following the steps given below:
- Go to the NTA JEE Main website.
- Scroll down on the homepage.
- Look for “Candidates’ Activity” section.
- Click on the “JEE (Main) 2026 Session-2 admit card” link.
- A login portal appears on the screen.
- Enter your application number and date of birth.
- Your JEE admit card is then displayed.
- Check and download it for further use.

Exam Day Instructions
Only candidates who have JEE Main admit card hard copy with all correct details are allowed to take the examination. Information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, gender, category, exam dates /timings /shift /centre name /instructions, and more.
If the candidate’s image on JEE Mains 2026 Admit Card is unclear, they must carry two to three passport-size photographs, which were uploaded in the application form, or are not less than 3 months old.

NTA on 21st March 2026 has already released the JEE Main exam city intimation slip. Candidates are required to carry a hardcopy of it on the examination day. Also, do not forget to go through dress and exam instructions.
