JEST 2025 Exam Date – Announced

JEST 2025 Exam Date has been announced. Exam will be held on 22nd June 2025  Check below to know dates. 

Exam is conducted for two subjects namely, theoretical computer science/ neuroscience/ Computational Biology & Physics. After qualifying the exam, candidates will get admission in the various institutions through its scorecard.

JEST 2025 Exam Dates

The exam dates for JEST 2025 are given below in a table:

Candidates those wishing to apply for JEST 2025 will be able to fill their application form online. The filling and submission of JEST 2025 application form will be started in the last week of April 2025. The last date to fill and submit the online application form will be till the third week of May 2025. Correction process will start from fourth week of May 2025.

JEST 2025 Admit card will be downloaded through online mode from the website. Candidates will be required to download a fresh admit card. Admit card will be released in the first week of June 2025. The JEST 2025 Exam will be conducted in June 2025.

The JEST 2025 answer key will be released through online mode in second week of June 2025. Candidates will be able to check their JEST 2025 result in the June/July 2025. Interview procedure will start from May 2025.

JEST 2025 Application Form

Candidates must check all the details regarding JEST Application Form 2025 from the below section:

• Application form will be made available in the last week of April 2025.
• Candidates will be able to fill their application form through online mode.
• Candidates are advised to fill all the correct details in the application form including education, personal, communication, etc.
• Candidates must upload your scanned passport size photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Authority will also provide a correction facility to edit incorrect details (if any) in the application form in the third week of May 2025.
• Do not forget to take a printout of the filled application form for future references.

JEST 2025 Application Fee:

• Application fee will be paid through online mode using debit card, credit card or net banking.
• Application fee for JEST 2025 will be Rs. 950/- for general category (Rs. 475/– for SC/ ST category candidates).
• ST/SC Female candidates will be exempted to pay the fee.

JEST 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for examination must go through the complete JEST eligibility criteria:

• For Ph.D. in Theoretical Computer Science at IMSc: Candidates must have completed M.Sc. /M. E. / M.Tech in Mathematics and Physics.
• For Ph.D Physics: Candidates must pass M.Sc. degree in physics from any recognized university/ institute.
• For Integrated Ph.D. in Computational Biology at IIMCs: Candidates must have passed MCA/ M. Tech/ M.E. / M.Sc. in Science or in any discipline with good Mathematics skill and good knowledge in Biological subjects
