JoSSA Update: The JoSAA counselling registration 2026 has been started on, 2nd June, along with the choice filling by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority.
Candidates can apply for JoSAA counselling through online mode only, no offline forms through post or any other mode is accepted by the authority.
Those candidates are eligible who have cleared the JEE Main 2026 and JEE Advanced 2026. As per the marks obtained, you can complete your JoSAA choice filling.
How To Apply For JoSAA Counselling Registration
Follow the steps given below to fill out the JoSAA counselling application form:
- Go to the JoSAA official website.
- On the homepage, scroll down.
- Look for the “Candidate activity board” section.
- Click on the “Online Registration and Choice Filling for JoSSA Counselling 2026” link.
- A login portal will be displayed on the screen.
- Enter the required details and register for counselling.
- Fill in the choices and select the options.
- Attach the required documents & check details.
- Once done, pay the fees and submit the form.
- Download the confirmation page for further use.

JEE aspirants are required to apply successfully and follow all the instructions. As per the JoSSA schedule 2026 the last date to register for the first seat allotment is 11th June 2026. There are going to be 5 seat allotment rounds for JoSAA counselling, which will be held in online mode.

Candidates are going to get the option of either accepting the allotted seats or not being willing to participate in the next round of counselling. JoSAA first seat allotment will be released on 13th June 2026.
