KIIT University 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Course: 

• Age Limit: To be eligible, candidates must be born on or after 1st July 2004. 
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 level exam or equivalent in year 2024, 2025 from any recognized board will  be eligible to apply. 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have secured at least 60% marks to apply. 
• Subject: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as a mandatory subject in the qualifying exam. 

For BBA Course: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have cleared class 12th level exam from any recognized board. 
• Subject: In 10+2 level, candidates must have Mathematics/ Business Mathematics/ Economics/ Statistics as one of the subjects to apply. 

For MCA Course: 

• Qualification: Candidates must have cleared their 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 to be eligible for management courses. 
• Marks: Applying candidates must score at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to apply. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in final year bachelor’s degree course & expect to complete all requirements of graduation before 30th June 2026 will apply. 

For MBA Course: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must be graduated in any discipline from a recognized university/ Institution.
• Marks: Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA to be eligible. 
• Scores: Applying candidates must have a valid score of any national entrance exam for MBA or PGDM such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, KIIT Management & KIITEE 2026, etc. 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in the final year of qualifying degree can also apply.

Get step-by-step procedure below to apply for KIIT University 2026: 

• Visit the website of KIIT University (Link is given above). 
• On the homepage, press the “Apply Now” button to process.
• You will be redirected to the “New Registration/ Login page”. 
• Press the “New Registration” button & start registering yourself. 
• Register by entering the name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email ID, etc. 
• Create & confirm password, enter the shown captcha and press the “Submit/ Confirm” button. 
• Application number will be generated after that. 
• Now press the “Click here to verify mobile number” tab. 
• Enter the received OTP on the registered mobile number. 
• Proceed to fill the application form after verifying the OTP. 
• Fill in the details such as parent’s name, phone number, academic qualification, communication details, etc. 
• On the next page, select the course you want to apply & enter the other academic details. 
• Press the confirm button to submit the details. 
• In case to edit the details before submission, press “Edit” button. 
• Upload the necessary scanned documents such as passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format. 
• Files must not exceed 500 KB and marksheet must be uploaded in less than 1 MB only in JPG/JPEG format only.

• Press the “click to proceed for print application form” button. 
• A confirmation page will appear on the screen. 
• Do not forget to take a hardcopy of registration form for further usage in admission.
