MHT CET Counselling 2026

For providing admissions, a separate merit list is prepared for various courses. The list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance examination.

The counselling process for MH CET 2026 is organised via online mode. Candidates are admitted through CAP (Centralised Admission Process).

The counselling process comprises online registration, options filling, seat allotment, reporting to the allotted centre, etc. The candidates have to visit the regional centre allotted to them for document verification.

MH CET 2026 Cut Off can be accessed through online mode. The cut off is published at the time of centralised allotment process for allotting the seats. It is released after allotment MH CET result declaration.

The cut off list is released separately for All India candidates and Maharashtra candidates. Provisional allotment can be checked after confirmation of option forms. Seat allotment for first round will be available in July 2026 (Engineering).

MH CET Counselling Procedure 2026

Candidates must have to go through the following procedure during counselling:

Online Registration:

To attend the counselling candidates need to register on the website. Candidates have to enter the login details like application number, MH CET roll number, date of birth, course, etc.

Candidates who qualify for the MH CET exam are not required to pay any counselling fee. Submit all the filled details and register yourself.

Document Verification:

After filling out the application form for admission, candidates have to visit any convenient Facilitation Centre in person. Candidates have to bring all the required documents in original along with photocopies.

The facilitation centre confirms the candidate’s application and issue the Receipt cum Acknowledgement of Application Form.

Merit List Display:

After the verification process, the final merit list is displayed. Merit list is displayed separately for all the courses. Candidates who get shortlisted in the merit list can proceed with further counselling process.

Online Option Filling & Confirmation:

Candidates have to fill in their options of colleges & courses as per their preference. Students can fill in a maximum of 300 choices. Candidates can fill option form through their login.

Provisional Seat Allotment:

After the process of option filling & confirmation, seats are allotted to candidates. On the basis of filled choices, merit list & availability of seats in colleges, seats will be allotted to candidates.

Reporting to the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC):

After that, candidates have to report to the ARC at scheduled time to confirm the allotted seat. If candidates fail to appear at the prescribed schedule their allotment will be rejected and they will not be able to participate in the further counselling round.

Reporting and Confirmation of Admission at Institution:

After completing all the procedures given above, candidates must report to the institution finally allotted to them to confirm their admission. Candidates have to bring the required documents & fees as notified by the allotted college.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates have to bring the documents given below for verification at the facilitation centre:

  • Class X mark sheet
  • Class XII or equivalent mark sheet
  • MH CET admit card
  • MH CET score card
  • School leaving certificate (if required)
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Domicile certificate
  • Passport size photographs, etc.

  1. Why does the website isn’t taking details of PCB candidate. When i put mine , it shows that the details are mismatched. Help me out in this, i am so worried for my admission
