Shiv Nadar University Chennai 2021 Entrance Exam (SNUCEE) Dates have been released. It will be held on 8th August 2021 for final round.

For Engineering: B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) with specialization in Internet of Things (IoT) and B.Tech (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science).

• The application process has been started from 21st April 2021 through online mode.
• Candidates who want to take admission into the UG courses offered by the University have to first register themselves through online mode.

• Nationality: Candidates who are residents/ non-residents/ Indian nationals/ PIO are eligible to apply.

• SNUCEE: Students have to qualify SNUCEE entrance exam to get admission.

Shiv Nadar University Chennai 2021 Admission Procedure

Admission into SNU, Chennai will be offered on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam (SNUCEE) organised by the University. Students will be shortlisted for admission based on the marks obtained by them in the entrance exam and interview round.

The entrance exam will be organised by the University for selection of the candidates. The admission procedure has been started with the release of application forms through online mode. Students after submission of application have to appear for entrance exam and interview round after which they will be selected in the merit list.

SNUCEE 2021 Entrance Exam

Shiv Nadar University Chennai offers admission into offered courses through the Shiv Nadar University Chennai Entrance Exam (SNUCEE). SNUCEE for 1st round admissions will be conducted on 17th May 2021 in two slots.

The second round admissions of SNUCEE will be conducted on 24th May 2021 in two slots. The exam will be through online mode of duration 2 hours. Students can appear for test using a computer and internet. The test pattern will contain both aptitude (45 minutes) and core subjects (75 minutes).

For B.Tech programs, the questions in SNUCEE will be from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry compulsory subjects. For B.Com & B.Com (Professional Accounting), the questions in exam will be from Mathematics, Accountancy, Commerce, Economics, General Aptitude subjects.

After entrance exam, personal interview will be organised on 21st May 2021 for first round admissions. For 2nd round of admissions, the interview will be held on 28th May 2021.

Shiv Nadar University Chennai 2021 Merit List

SNU, Chennai will release list of shortlisted candidates or merit list one week after the conclusion of entrance exam. Only the candidates who will be shortlisted in the merit list will be eligible for further participation in admission process. SNUCEE Result/ merit list will be out on 4th June 2021.

Results of 12^th of different school boards will be normalized by the admission committee to give fair opportunity to the candidates of all boards. Based on the 12^th cut off marks, marks obtained in SNUCEE and interview, the shortlisted candidates will be called for further counselling process.

Shiv Nadar University Chennai 2021 Counselling

Shiv Nadar University Chennai 2021 Counselling process will start after the release of the result/ merit list on the website. It will get started depending on the date of declaration of all board results and entrance test/ interview results.

Only the selected candidates in the merit list will be allotted branches on the basis of ranking in the merit list. Also, overall performance of candidates will be taken into consideration.

Admission will be provided into SNU, Chennai based on the scores obtained by the students in the entrance exam and interview round. After successful participation in the counselling process, students will be finally selected for admission into the university within one week from last date of counselling.

Selected students must visit the institute with their complete documents for verification. Students will be allotted branches as per their ranking in the merit list. Also, candidates must submit their admission fee to confirm their admission.
