SRMJEEE Counselling 2026
The admission is subject to satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria as stipulated by the respective institutions, rank order, production of all original certificates and other documents listed below for verification, and payment of Registration and full tuition fees.
The counselling will be conducted through online mode. In counselling procedure, candidates will be allotted seats and branches in the university and associated institutions. The candidates must download and take a printout of the call letter for further process of admission after counselling process.
On the basis of the prepared merit list, candidates are shortlisted for counselling. The online counselling is conducted by the university. Without counseling call letter, no candidate is allowed to take part in the counselling. Candidates are required to provide their choices of courses as per their rank.

Candidates can get here details of counselling procedure of SRMJEEE 2026.
Online Counselling:
- On the basis of the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam, the university releases the ranks of the candidates.
- As per the rank obtained by the candidate, they will be called for counselling on different dates.
- The counselling date and time will be published on the university website. The university also intimate the candidates regarding counselling through email and SMS on their registered email ID and mobile number.
- Candidates must download their counselling call letter from the website to attend the counselling.
- As per the date and time mentioned, candidates can login and complete their counselling process.
Verification of Documents:
- During counselling sessions, candidates must have to submit their original documents along with one set of photocopy.
- Without verification of original documents, the seats will not be allotted to any candidate.
Allotment of Seats:
- After the document verification process, the seats allotment procedure will be started.
- The seats will be allotted on the basis of candidate’s filled choices and their ranks.
- If seats will remain vacant after first allotment, then the second round of counselling will be conducted through online mode.
- To confirm the seats, candidates will have to submit the admission fee.
- The seat will be confirmed only after the fee submission and it cannot be changed at a later stage.
