UGC NET Exam Update: The National Testing Agency today, 28th December 2025, has releaed the UGC NET 2025 admit card for the exam scheduled on 31st December 2025.
Candidates can now download it from the NTA website. To check the admit card, candidates are required to enter their application number and date of birth/password generated at the time of registration.
NTA has not released the admit card for all the candidates. It is released for candidates whose exam is on 31st December 2025. Soon, the UGC NET 2025 admit card for the other exam will be made available.
How To Download UGC NET Admit Card
Candidates can check and download the UGC NET December session 2025 hall ticket simply by following the given instructions:
- Visit the UGC NET website ugcnet.nta.ac.in (download link given below.)
- On the homepage, go to the “latest news” section.
- Select the “UGC NET admit card 2025- December Cycle” link.
- Candidate’s login portal will be displayed.
- Enter the required details and click on the “login” option.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Check it and save it for exam day.

While checking the admit card, if any of the participants forget their password, then they are required to click on the “forget password” option and regenerate their password by providing the required details.
Details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, roll number, exam details, subjects, instructions, timings, dates, etc are given on the UGC NET admit card. Once you have downloaded it, check the information very carefully.
If you find any mistakes in your admit card, reach out to the authority for correction. On the exam day, candidates are required to carry one hard copy of their admit card, in which their image should be clearly visible, along with one ID proof.
UGC NET 2025 December session exams are on 31st December 2025, 02nd January 2026, 03rd January 05th January 2026, 06th January 2026 & 07th January 2026 in computer-based mode.
