WBJEE Counselling Process: The long-awaited WBJEE 2025 counselling process has started today in online mode by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB).
Candidates who have cleared the WBJEE 2025 examination that took place on 27th April 2025 can now register themselves for the counselling by visiting the official website wbjeeb.nic.in
The WBJEE counselling window for registration, payment of registration fee, and choice filling is open from 28 August 2025 to 01 September 2025.
How To Register For WBJEE Counselling
Follow the given steps to fill out the counselling registration form for WBJEE 2025:
- Go to the WBJEE board’s official website.
- On the homepage, scroll down.
- Look for the “candidates Activity board” section.
- Click on the “Online Registration & Choice Filling for WBJEE Counselling 2025” link.
- Enter the required login details.
- The WBJEE counselling form will appear.
- Fill in the details and select your choices.
- Pay the counselling fees and review your form.
- Once done, submit the counselling form.
- Save a copy of the confirmation page for further use.
WBJEE 2025 Counselling Registration Link
Note that there is only one combined counselling for both WBJEE-2025 and JEE(Main)-2025 rank holders. All parts of the counselling process, including registration, choice filling, allotment, and payment of the seat acceptance fee, are being done online through a centralized system.
At the time of counselling, all the candidates are required to enter correct details and attach origional documents. If any information or document is found incorrect candidate’s admission may be cancelled.
Once the counselling registration window once closed, no requests will be accepted by the authority. So, aspirants are required to fill in the WBJEE counselling form sucessfully.
On 03rd September 2025, the WBJEE counselling 2025 round 1 seat allotment will be released. Till 07th September 2025, candidates are required to complete their document verification and admission formalities.
The WBJEE round 2 seat allotment will be released on 09th September 2025, and candidates can complete reporting to the allotted institutes for document verification and admission till 11th September 2025.
