- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens to apply for admission.
- Qualification: To apply, candidates must pass the 8th or 10th level exam from a recognized board.
- Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have to score at least 35% marks to apply for admission.
- Age Limit: Applicants age must be minimum 14 years as on 1st August 2026 to be eligible.
- Appearing: Those appearing candidates in their qualifying exam in the year of admission will also be eligible for admission.

Assam ITI 2026 Merit List
After the completion of registration procedure, the Assam ITI 2026 merit list will be released. It will be released through online mode. A rank list will be prepared by the authority based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination.
Assam ITI 2026 rank list will be published on 15th June 2026 on the page of registration. Merit list will consist of the names of candidates eligible for further counselling procedure. Those candidates whose name will appear in the rank list will be eligible for counselling procedure.
Assam ITI 2026 Cut Off
The cut off for Assam ITI 2026 will be released in June 2026. Candidates will be able to access the cut off marks through online mode. To view the cut off marks, candidates will have to visit the website. Authority will release the qualifying cut off marks which a candidate must obtain in their qualifying exam to be eligible for admission. Assam ITI 2026 Counselling
Those candidates whose name is mentioned in the merit list will be eligible for Assam ITI 2026 counselling procedure. There will be various rounds in counselling such as choice filling, seat allocation, reporting, verification of documents, etc. Assam ITI 2026 counselling procedure will be organized from 16th June 2026. Candidates will be able to participate in counselling via online mode.
Based on the merit scores obtained by the candidates in qualifying exam & choices of preferences of institute and trades selected, seats will be allocated to the candidates. First seat allotment will be released on 22nd June 2026 via online mode. After allocating the seats, candidates will have to report to the allocated ITI along with the required documents for verification procedure. Assam ITI 2026 Admission
Based on the merit list, Assam ITI 2026 admission procedure will be done. It will be done through online mode. There will be various rounds in the admission procedure on the basis of vacancy of seats after each round.
