AIIMS PG 2023 (INI SS) Registration has been started from 23rd March 2023 for DM/ M.Ch (3 years) admissions. Application Form (INI CET) for July session has been started from 7th March 2023 for MD/ MS. INI CET & INI SS exam is conducted for admission into MD/ MS/ M.Ch (6 Years) & DM/ M.Ch (3 years)/ Fellowship/ MD (Hospital Administrator). For 6 year course, admission is offered to candidates through INI CET whereas for 3 year course, it will be offered through INI SS. All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) is a national level entrance exam for admission into post-graduate medical courses. The examination is organised by AIIMS, New Delhi. AIIMS PG 2023 Application Form
Candidates must go through following details regarding AIIMS PG 2023 application form:
- The application form has been released separately for January & July session for both INI CET & INI SS courses.
- Candidates can apply for INI CET 2023 from 5th September 2022 till 26th September 2022.
- The registration process for INI SS 2023 has been made available on 23rd March till 6th April 2023.
- Candidates can apply via online mode. No other mode is available to submit the form.
- During registration, candidates must provide valid working & email ID as all important details will be sent to it.
- Candidates are advised not to forget to upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- Incomplete details in the form will be rejected, so candidates must make sure they provide all asked & required details in the form.
- Candidates must ensure to fulfill all eligibility norms as form will be accepted only of eligible candidates.
- Authority will also provide correction facility for limited time period to edit incorrect details (if any) in the form.
- Once all details are submitted in the form, candidates must take its print-out for future use.
Application Fee:
- The application fee can be submitted via online mode. No candidate can submit the fee via Demand Draft or any other offline medium.
- The mode of payment includes credit card, debit card or net banking.
- In any case, the application fee will be non-refundable.

How to Apply for AIIMS PG 2023
- Visit the online website.
- Go to Basic Registration option.
- Fill up all the details asked in the form. Reverify filled details before proceeding to next step.
- Fill up personal, communicational, qualification, etc. details.
- Make fee payment according to the categories and available payment modes.
- Upload images as per the mentioned size, format, specifications, etc.
- Check all the submitted details in application and then submit.
- After final submission, print form and save it for further reference.
AIIMS PG 2023 Eligibility Norms
Candidates must go through following AIIMS PG eligibility norms before applying:
For INI CET:
- Nationality: Indian Nationals, OCI, NRI & foreign national candidates are eligible to apply. Foreign candidates nominated by the Government will be not required to appear for the examination.
- Qualification: Applying candidate must have MBBS degree recognized by MCI/ NMC & must have completed required period of 12 months rotating internship/practical training on or before 31st July 2023.
- Percentage: He/ she must have scored minimum 55% marks (50% for reserved category) to be eligible.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in year 2023 are also eligible to apply for AIIMS PG 2023.
For INI SS:
- Qualification: Interested candidate must have MD/ MS degree on DNB degree from any MCI approved board or university.
- Age Limit: Applying candidate must not be more than 35 years in age as on 1st January 2023. 3 years age relaxation will be given to OBC category & 5 years age relaxation for SC/ ST category.
AIIMS PG 2023 Exam Pattern
Candidates must go through following details regarding AIIMS PG Exam Pattern:
INI CET:
- Exam Mode: Examination will be held through online (computer-based) mode.
- Questions Type: The Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in the question paper.
- Number of questions: There will be 200 questions in the question paper.
- Medium: Question paper will be in English medium.
- Time Duration: Candidates will get 3 hours to solve the question paper.
- Marking scheme: Each correct answer will consists of 1 mark, while 1/3 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

AIIMS PG 2023 Syllabus
AIIMS PG 2023 syllabus will have questions from the various topics. AIIMS PG Syllabus will cover three phases i.e. preclinical, para-clinical and clinical phase.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
AIIMS PG 2023 Admit Card
The admit card of AIIMS PG 2023 (INI SS) will release on 21st April 2023 (July session). Candidates will be able to download their admit cards through the online mode by entering their login details.
For MD/ MS (INI CET), the AIIMS PG hall tickets will be downloaded on 1st May 2023 for the July session. For DM/ M.Ch (through INI SS), the admit cards for January session was released on 31st October 2022. No candidates will be allowed to take the exam without showing their hall tickets, hence it is an important document which must be carried by students on the exam day.
AIIMS PG 2023 Result
The result of AIIMS PG for MD/ MS (through INI CET) will be declare in third week of May 2023 for July session. Candidates will be able to check their AIIMS PG results on the website in the form of merit list.
Results will be published in the PDF format mentioning the names of the qualified candidates. For DM. M.Ch (through INI SS) result will declare on 5th May 2023. Those students whose name will be called in the merit list/ result will be able to register further for counselling procedure when counselling starts.
AIIMS PG 2023 Cut Off
The cut off will be released on the website for various courses separately. Only the students listed qualified and will obtain the cut off marks will be eligible for further participation in admission process.
AIIMS PG Cut off for DM/ M.Ch/ MD/ MS will be prescribed by the authority according to various parameters set like marks scored, performance in exam, availability of seats, number of candidates applied for course, etc.
AIIMS PG 2023 Counselling
The Counselling process will be conducted in various rounds after the merit list of selected candidates will be out on the website. For July session, the counselling process will start in June 2023 for MD/ MS (6 years) through INI CET exam.
For DM/ M.Ch (3 years), the AIIMS PG counselling will be organized in May 2023 through INI SS exam. Candidates will be allocated seats based on their choices filled during the counselling registration process. Students are also required to submit their documents for verification process of counselling.

hey i have a query about online registration form … i am nepali and have completed my mbbs and nmcle exam but i have my pass result my proper nepal medical council card will given in October but basic registration till sept only so can i apply with pass result paper of nmcle ??
