Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani conducts BITSAT exam every year in two sessions. It is conducted to provide admission into various UG & PG programs in the field of Science, Engineering and Pharmacy, etc. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria first before applying for the exam.

Through the BITSAT exam, admission will be provided in B.Pharma, BE & MSc courses. Candidates will be eligible to get enrolment in university based on BITSAT scores. Direct admission will be given to the topper of state & central board candidates.

BITSAT 2026 Application Form

• BITSAT 2026 Application Form has been released from 15th December 2025 for session I. 
• Candidates are able to submit the form through online mode, no offline mode is available. 
• To avoid rejection of form, candidates must fulfill the complete eligibility criteria from the article below. 
• Fill the form with details such as personal, academic qualification, communication details, etc. 
• After form filing, upload the scanned documents such as photograph & signature in prescribed format & size.
• University will also provide the facility to make correction in the application form from 18th to 20th March (Session 1) via online mode in case of any mistake made in the form.
• Candidates will have to complete the application procedure before 16th March 2026 (Session 1), as it will be the last date to apply.  
• Reverify the details, & do not forget to take a hardcopy of application form for further usage. 

Application Fee: 

• BITSAT 2026 application fee can be submitted through online mode, no offline option is available. 
• Online facility such as credit card, debit card, UPI & net banking will be available.
• Registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances once paid.

BITSAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Pharma Course: 

• Qualification: Candidates must pass class 12th (intermediate) level or equivalent from any recognized board to be eligible. 
• Subject: To be eligible for the exam, candidates must pass Physics, Chemistry & Biology with English PCM opted. 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must score at least 75% marks in PCM/ PCB and individual subject 60% marks in PCMB to apply for the exam. 

For Other UG Course (Except B.Pharma): 

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must pass in class 12th level or equivalent from a recognized board. 
• Marks: In PCM subjects, candidates must obtain 75% marks and 60% aggregate marks in each subject individually to apply for the exam. 
• Subject: Candidates with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as a mandatory subject in the qualifying exam will also apply.

How to Apply for BITSAT 2026 Exam

• Click on the option – ‘BITSAT 2026 Apply’.
• Fill the application form online by providing the basic details name, mobile number, email id, etc.
• Students are required to pay the application fee as prescribed through provided modes.
• Complete the application form by providing all details including qualification, communicational, etc.
• Choose test center according to the preference.
• Also provide details of 12th marks and preferences to different degree programmes.
• Upload documents/ images prescribed according to format and size.
• Re-verify all the details provided in the form and then proceed for final submission.
