CG PPHT 2021 Application Form can be filled till 12th August 2021. It is a state level entrance exam which is organized every year by CG Vyapam. Chhattisgarh Pre Pharmacy Test (CG PPHT) examination is organized once in every year. Admission is offered to candidates in first year B.Pharma & D.Pharm courses. Candidates must go through following details regarding CG PPHT 2021 Application Form:

• CG PPHT 2021 Application Form has been released from 26th July 2021.
• Candidates can apply for CG PPHT 2021 via online mode.
• The last date to fill the application form is till 12th August 2021.
• While filling application form, candidates must also provide scanned image of photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• Authority also provide correction facility to rectify mistakes (if any) done in the application form.
• Incomplete details in the application form will lead to rejection so candidates must provide all details completely.
• Candidates are advised to provide valid/ working mail id & phone number as all important information will be sent to it.
• There is no need to send any hard copy of filled in application from to exam conducting authority.

CG PPHT 2021 Application Correction

Candidates will also get an option to edit mistakes (if any) done in the application form. Candidates are advised to submit the form before last date of correction as it will be the one- time opportunity for candidates to edit mistakes.

Correction facility will be provided from 13th August 2021. Candidates will have to use their login credentials to edit changes and will also have to submit Rs. 20/- as correction fee.

CG PPHT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through following eligibility norms before applying for CG PPHT2021:

• Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12^th or equivalent examination from any recognized board or university.
• Mandatory subject: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and any one subjects among Mathematics, Biology/ Biotechnology with English subject.
• Percentage: Applying candidate must score minimum 45% marks in PCM/ PCB (40% for reserved category) to be eligible.
• Age Limit:
  • For B.Pharma: Candidates must be at least 30 years in age as on 1.07.2021. Relaxation of 3 years will be given for reserved & female category candidates.
  • For D.Pharm: Any age candidates will be eligible to apply for D.Pharm as there is no age limit.

How to Apply for CG PPHT 2021

• Now select course you want to apply for.
• Choose exam center as per your preferences.
