CLAT 2025 Application Form will be submitted through online mode. It will be released from first week of July 2024. CLAT 2025 is a national level examination and will be conducted by Consortium of National Law Universities.  Through CLAT exam, admissions will be given to UG & PG Law courses. Various NLUs (National Law Universities) of India will consider the CLAT scores for providing admissions. Candidates must re-check their eligibility before filling the application form. CLAT 2025 Application Form

Candidates must check the instructions given below before filling the application form:

• Candidates can apply for CLAT exam from first week of July 2024.
• The registration window will be opened for around four months.
• Only online mode will be provided to fill the application form.
• Incomplete form will be rejected, so candidates should carefully fill the application and complete all steps.
• First, candidates must fill the registration form using their mobile number and Email ID.
• Name of candidate & parents should be filled same as the mark sheet, certificate & ID proof.
• Upload the scanned images of photograph, signature & other required certificates. All documents & certificate should be uploaded in PDF format.
• Candidates must fill the application form before the last date, i.e. second week of November 2024 to avoid any last minute hassle.
• After filling the application, any changes in program and category will not be permitted.
• If the candidate have filled more than one application, then last filled application form will be considered further.
• Candidates must keep their filled CLAT 2025 registration form safe for further use.

Application Fee:

• Only online mode will be used for application fee payment.
• The application fee will be non-refundable and non adjustable under any circumstances.
• Bank transaction will also be applicable on the application fee.

Documents Required to Upload in CLAT 2025 Application Form:

• Passport size front facing photograph with white or plain background
• Signature of candidate
• PwD certificate if applying under the category
• Category certificate if applying under SC/ST/OBC
• BPL certificate if applying under this category

CLAT 2025 Application Correction

Candidates must ensure to fill the application form carefully as there will be no correction facility will be provided by the authority. In future, the authority provide the CLAT Application Correction facility it will be updated here soon.

Details filled in the application form should be same as the certificates like mark sheet, photo ID proof etc. If the details does not match with the documents, the application may be rejected. Any changes in BPL field, program & category of the candidates will not be allowed to change.

CLAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check their eligibility below before apply for CLAT exam:

For UG Law Courses:

• Age Limit: There will be no upper age limit to apply for CLAT.
• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must qualify the 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
• Minimum Marks: For General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories, 45% marks will be required and for SC/ST categories, 40% marks will be required in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in March/April 2025 are eligible to apply.

For PG Law Courses:

• Qualifying Exam: LLB Degree or equivalent exam will be required to qualify for PG courses in law field.
• Marks: Candidates have to secure at least 50% marks for General /OBC /PWD /NRI /PIO /OCI and 45% marks are required for SC/ST candidates.
• Age Limit: No upper age limit prescribed for PG courses.
• Appearing: LLB or equivalent exam appearing candidates are eligible to apply.

How to Apply For CLAT 2025

Candidates can check below the step by step procedure to fill the application form:

• Visit the website of CLAT 2025 (Link will be given above).
• Now click on the “Register” button.
• Enter your registration details in the for and register.
• Validate your mobile number through OTP and activate your account.
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for validation.
• After the validation of account, candidates can login using their mobile number and password to complete their application.
• Upload the scanned images as per the prescribed format by the authority.
• Fill your personal, communication, qualification, test center, preferences for NLUs & other required details.
• Candidates must fill the preferences of NLUs carefully as where they are seeking for admission. Also make sure to choose your reservation quota accordingly.
• Pay the application fee using debit card, credit card, net banking or other online payment services.
• No offline mode will be provided to pay the application fee.
• It is not necessary to complete the application form in one sitting, if you have filled the application form you can save it and pay the application fee later before the last date of application.
• After the successful payment of application fee, take printout of the confirmation page for further use.
