FMGE 2025 Exam will be conducted in the Fourth week of June 2025 for June Session. Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) is a national level entrance exam conducted twice in a year. It allows students to get provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India. This exam is regulated by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). Eligible candidates will be able to register with the Medical Council of India. • The FMGE application form 2025 will be released through online mode. No offline facility will be provided to fill the form.
• For June Session, the application form will be released in the second week of March 2025.

• The last date to fill the FMGE application form 2025 for June session will be till first week of April 2025.

How to Apply for FMGE 2025

The following are steps to fill the online application form for FMGE 2025:

• Step 1: Visit the website of FMGE (Link will be available above).
• Step 2: Register yourself to obtain user ID and password.
• Step 3: Candidates will receive the user ID and password through SMS and email.
• Step 4: Fill application form and upload photograph, signature, thumb impression and prescribed documents.
• Step 5: Choose the test city as per your choice.
• Step 6: Students must make payment of fees.
• Step 7: Take a printout of the filled application form with transaction ID printed on it.

FMGE 2025 Application Correction

Candidates will be able to edit mistakes during correction window if they have done any in the application form. Candidates will be able to communicate through sending email at registered email ID, if there will be any error while uploading the documents. FMGE 2025 Correction facility will be made available only for few details.

Students will be able to make corrections in the FMGE 2025 application form from the first week of April 2025 for June session. After that no further opportunity will be given to the candidates to make corrections. Candidates are advised to preview the application form carefully after making corrections.

FMGE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students must fulfill the given eligibility criteria before submitting the FMGE 2025 application form: 

• Nationality: Students must be Citizens of India or Overseas Citizens of India.
• Qualification: Students must possess a primary medical qualification confirmed by Indian Embassy.
• Applicants those have a permanent registration in India with UG and PG medical degree from Australia/ New Zealand/ Canada/ United Kingdom/ USA will not be eligible to qualify the exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final year of examination will also be able to apply by submitting the proof of declaration of result on or before the prescribed date.

FMGE 2025 Exam Pattern

• Channel of exam: The examination will be conducted in English language.
• Mode of exam: The exam will be held through computer based mode (online).
• Time: There will be a total 150 minutes allotted for every shift.
• Total Number of Questions: Total 300 questions will be asked in FMGE exam.
• Questions Type: Exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions.
• Marking Scheme: For each right answer, 1 mark will be provided.
• Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking in the exam.

FMGE 2025 Admit Card

The FMGE Admit Card 2025 will be released in the first week of June 2025 for June session. Students will be able to access it through online mode. The authority will inform candidates regarding the availability of admit card through SMS/ Email. 

To access the admit card, candidates will need to enter their login credentials on the website. It will be a very important document for candidates to carry on the day of exam. Students must take a hardcopy of it for further usage.

FMGE 2025 Result

The FMGE Result 2025 will be made available through online mode. Candidates will be able to check their result by entering login credentials such as user ID and password. Candidates are advised to keep their result safe until the admission procedure gets over.

Students appearing in FMGE 2025 exam will be declared pass only if they secured a minimum of 150 marks out of 300. Candidates must take a printout and keep it safe for future references. The authority will not provide the result to the candidates individually through offline mode.

FMGE 2025 Cut Off

The FMGE Cut Off 2025 will be released through online mode after a few days of declaration of result. Students must obtain the minimum cut off scores in order to pass the FMGE 2025 entrance exam. 

The cut off marks will be prepared on the basis of various factors determined by the authority. According to the previous year’s pattern, the cut off mark for candidates will be 150 marks. To be eligible for admission students must obtain a minimum cut off marks.

FMGE 2025 Provisional Registration

The FMGE 2025 qualified candidates will be able to register to the secretary of the Medical Council of India, New Delhi or any other state of India for FMGE 2025 provisional registration. Candidates who qualify the exam will be required to apply for provisional or permanent registration.

To confirm the admission, students will need to pay the required amount of fees in favor of MCI. Candidates who qualify the minimum cut off marks will seek a one year internship. It will be mandatory for candidates to carry the required documents for provisional registration.
