HP PAT 2025 Application Form

The HP PAT 2025 application form will be released in the last week of March 2025. The application form will be released through online mode only. No offline or hard copy of the application form is available to fill the form.

Authority provides the last date to fill the application form before which candidates have to fill the application form. For the upcoming session candidtes will be required to submit the application till last week of April 2025.

For the session 2024 application was released on 28th March 2024 and the registration portal was opened till 30th April 2024.

Candidates should fill application form carefully and mention all the required details. Also, attach the recently scanned passport size photograph & signature to upload along with the application form.

Application Fee:

Candidates must have to pay Rs. 650/- for general candidates and for OBC/ SC/ ST candidates it is Rs. 400/- towards the application fee.

Candidates can pay the application fee through online mode or through SBI Bank Challan. The application will neither be refunded nor be transferred in any circumstances.

How to fill HP PAT 2025 Application Form

Registration:

• Visit the Himachal Takniki Shiksha Board website
• Click on “Online Admission 2025” link.
• You will reach the homepage of HPTSB Online Admissions.
• Click on (Polytechnic-PAT 2025).
• Click on “New User Registration” Link under “Online Services“
• You will be redirected to “New Registration Page”
• Enter all the Details and click on Submit button.
• On submitting the form an Email and SMS will be sent to you on your registered email ID and Mobile Number.
• On the home page click on ’Login’ button.

Fill Application Form:

• Enter the Login and Password to login.
• Click on Apply online Link.
• You will be redirected to the Application Form.
• Provide all the details as required in the application form. Information must be entered to complete and submit the form successfully.
• Once you have completely filled out the form, read the Terms & Conditions carefully.
• Click on the check box to accept the terms and conditions.
• Once form is filled and terms & conditions are accepted, click on “Save & Proceed to Next step” button.
• You will be navigated to Next step to attach “Photograph and Signature”.

Upload Images:

• Upload the Photo and signature as per the specified format.
• Select the scanned images and click on ‘Upload button’.
• After that click on ‘Submit’ button.
• Click on “Save & Proceed to Next step” to make the Payment.

Payment:

• Now make payment towards the application fee.
• You can use the online service to submit the fee.
• Payment can also be done through bank Challan.

Print Application Form

• After completing all the steps of the application form filling process, submit it.
• Click on ‘Submit” button after reviewing the application form.
• Take the multiple printout of the application form.
