This Exam is conducted for those candidates seeking admission in various Government and Private Colleges of West Bengal. Qualified candidates of WBJEE 2026 Exam will get admission to various Undergraduate programs in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy, and Architecture.

WBJEE 2026 Application Form

The application form for WBJEE 2026 will be made available through online mode. No printed application form will be provided. Candidates interested in applying are advised to check the eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying to avoid application form rejection.

The WBJEE 2026 Application Form filling process will start in fourth week of December 2025. The last date of form filling procedure & fee payment will be till last week of January 2026.

Candidates are advised to fill application form before last date of submission, as application forms will not be accepted after that day.

For the ease of candidates, authority will also provide an application form correction facility. This facility will be available from the last week of February 2026 and candidates have three days to rectify all the defects. However, candidates are allowed to edit specific details as every detail will not be changeable.

Application Fee:

The application fee can be paid through debit/ credit card /net banking/ UPI. Bank service charges are also applicable.

How to Fill WBJEE 2026 Application Form

The various steps to fill out the WBJEE 2026 Application Form are provided below:

Step-1: Registration:

• Visit the link (Link will be provided above).
• The registration page will be opened on the screen.
• Fill in the registration details i.e. Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name Date of birth, etc.
• After filling in the details, submit it.
• The registration details cannot be edited later, so be careful while entering the details.

Step-2: Fill Application Form:

• After filling in the registration details, candidates have to fill remaining details.
• Candidates have to fill in their personal, qualifications, address, courses, and other required details.
• After that, candidates have to choose their password and security question/answer.
• After reviewing the application form, submit it.
• An application number will be generated and an SMS or Email will be sent to candidates.
• Candidates must remember their password and other details for further use.

Step-3: Upload Images:

• Go through the upload images section.
• Select the scanned images of photograph and signature and upload them.
• The images should be uploaded as per the specifications given below:

Step-4: Fee Payment:

• After uploading the images, you will be redirected to the fee payment page.
• The fee payment can be done through online mode.
• In online mode, payment can be done through net banking, debit/credit card, etc.
• The application fee will be non-refundable.

Step-5: Print Confirmation Page:

• After completing all the steps, candidates will be redirected to the confirmation page.
• The confirmation page means the application form will be submitted completely.
• Candidates must take a printout of the confirmation page and save it for further use.

WBJEE 2025 Application Form filling procedure starts after the online registration. Students can fill in details online as per the information provided in their documents. There should not be any mismatch in the filled details as it may lead to rejection in the form later. The details can only be edited during the correction period.
