How to Fill WBJEE 2024 Application Form, Steps to Fill Form

WBJEE 2024 Application Form has been released on 28th December 2023. WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination) is a state level entrance test organized by the WBJEE board. This Exam is conducted for those candidates seeking admission in various Government and Private Colleges of West Bengal.

The application form of WBJEE 2024 has been made available through online mode. No printed application form is being provided.

The WBJEE 2024 Application Form filling process has been started from 28th December 2023. The last date for form filling, fee payment is till 31st January 2024.

Candidates are advised to fill application form before last date of submission, as application from will not accept after that day.

For the ease of candidates, authority will also provide application form correction facility. This facility will be available from 3rd- 5th February 2024 and candidates have three days to rectify all the defects. However, candidates have allowed to edit specific details as every details will not be changeable.

Application Fee:

The application fee can be paid through debit/ credit card /net banking/ UPI. Bank service charges also applicable.

How to Fill WBJEE 2024 Application Form

The various steps to fill the WBJEE 2024 Application Form are provided below:

Step-1: Registration:

• Visit the link (link is provided above).
• The registration page will be opened on the screen.
• Fill the registration details i.e. Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name and Date of birth, etc.
• After filling the details, submit it.
• The registration details cannot be edited later, so be careful while entering the details.

Step-2: Fill Application Form:

• After filling the registration details, candidates have to fill remaining details.
• Candidates have to fill their personal, qualification, address, courses and other required details.
• After that, candidates have to choose their password and security question/answer.
• After reviewing the application form, submit it.
• An application number will be generated and an SMS or Email will be sent to candidates.
• Candidates must remember their password and other details for further use.

Step-3: Upload Images:

• Go through the upload images section.
• Select the scanned images of photograph and signature and upload them.
• The images should be uploaded as per the specifications given below:

Step-4: Fee Payment:

• After uploading the images, you will be redirected to the fee payment page.
• The fee payment can be done through online mode.
• In online mode, payment can be done through net banking, debit/credit card, etc.
• The application fee will be non-refundable.

Step-5: Print Confirmation Page:

• After completing all the steps, candidates will be redirected to the confirmation page.
• The confirmation page means the application form will be submitted completely.
• Candidates must take printout of the confirmation page and save it for further use.

WBJEE 2024 Application Form filling procedure starts after the online registration. Students can fill details online as per the information provided in their documents. There should not be any mismatch in the filled details as it may lead to rejection in the form later. The details can only be edited during the correction period.
