ICAR AIEEA 2024 Result Normalisation Process

In order to overcome a situation where candidates those attempted tougher examination and secured lower marks as compared to those attempted the easier one, the normalisation process is used. The normalisation process is used to ensure that candidates will be neither benefited nor disadvantaged  due to the difficulty level of examination. 

In the events of more no. days or less no. of shifts, candidates will be divided accordingly. The examination result is prepared for each session in the form of raw scores and percentile scores of total raw scores calculated as follows:

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Scores = 100* No. of candidates appeared in the ‘session’ with raw score equal to or less than the candidates/ Total no. of candidates appeared in the ‘session’

The scores calculated with the help of this formula is then used for compilation of result and further proceedings.

The exam conducting authority prepare the single overall merit-rank list for every major subject. The candidates are shortlisted for the counselling process based on the merit-rank list.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Result Tie-Breaking Criteria

If two or more candidates secures equal marks in ICAR AIEEA 2024 exam, then the tie-breaking criteria is applied. The tie- breaking criteria of ICAR AIEEA 2024 exam is determined in the following order:

• Candidates scoring less negative marks will be rated higher in merit.
• Candidates higher in age will be rated higher in merit
• Candidates with higher score in percentage/CGPA in class 12th examination will be rated higher in merit.

ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling

The ICAR AIEEA 2024 Counselling has been started from 19th August 2024 for UG courses. It is expected to start in the month of September 2024 for PG Courses. The counselling is done through online mode. Based on the overall merit rank, candidates are called for the counselling process. 

The counselling process is started after the declaration of result. The admission and seat allotment is made through online counselling. Those candidates who qualify the exam can participate in the counselling procedure.
