• Qualification: Candidates should have passed HSC examination from any recognized board.
• Age limit: To be eligible, students must be minimum 14 years and there will be no upper age limit.
• Appearing: Students appearing in qualifying examination in 2025 will be eligible to apply.

Lateral Entry Engineering and Technology:

• Qualification: Students must have passed class 12th or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Age: Candidates should be minimum 14 years and no upper age limit will be applicable.
• Subject: Applicants will be required to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in qualifying exam.
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates must obtain at least 35% marks in qualifying exam.

The Odisha DET merit list 2025 will be published through online mode. The authority will release the merit list in the second week of August 2025. If candidates find any query in the merit list they will have an opportunity to raise an objection against merit list.
