The counselling procedure is regulated in various rounds on the basis of candidate’s performances in the respective National level entrance examination. Following are the detailed information on PTU Exam Application Form 2022:

• Panjab Technical University has released the application form specifically for eligible candidates only, so candidates must confirm their eligibility before applying.
• PTU 2022 pre-registration process has been started from the 12th May 2022 through online mode.
• Candidates must fill the PTU application form with utmost caution, as university may not provide any correction facility for application form.
• Applicant must fill the application form of PTU Exam 2022 with authentic details only, as any fail or incorrect detail can lead to the disqualification of candidature.
• Candidates must submit PTU Application form before the prescribed date, as no application form will be accepted after the completion of registration process.
• Applicant must seek the printout of filled PTU Application Form for future references.

Application Fee:

• PTU Application Fee can only be payable through Online mode.
• Applicant can use Credit Card, Debit Card (ATM Card) and Net Banking payment gateways for transaction of PTU Application Fee.
• The counselling fee for per courses will be Rs.2000/-

Below are the complete eligibility criteria for PTU 2022 Examination:

For B.Tech:

• Qualification: Applying candidates should have passed 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Applicant must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Scores: Candidates can apply for PTU Admission on the basis of JEE Main 2022.

For B.Arch:

• Qualification: Applicant applying for B.Arch. Programme should have qualified 10+2 Intermediate or equivalent examination with Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
• Marks: Candidates should have scored at least 50% marks in qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
• Scores : Candidates must have valid score in NATA Examination to be eligible for counselling process.

For M.Tech:

• Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech./ B.E. or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: Candidates should have scored at least 50% marks in qualifying examination to be eligible for M.Tech. program.
• Scores: Candidates with valid score in GATE examination can also apply for PTU counselling process.

How To Apply For PTU Exam 2022

Below are the complete step by step process for filling PTU online Application Form 2022:

• Visit the website of PTU 2022. (link is available above)
• Now click on “NEW REGISTTRATION” link and fill the registration form with details like Degree, Candidates Name, Patents Name, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Address etc.
• Complete the registration form and login into the application form page.
• After successful login candidates will have to fill the application form with details like Personal information, Educational Qualification, Contact Details, etc.
• Candidates must fill the application form before the prescribed date for submission of application form.
• Now candidates will be asked to upload the required documents including Signature, Photograph etc.
• Signature should be running hand and scanned signature within given size and format.
• Candidates photograph must be latest passport size photograph with plane background and should be within given size and format.
• Now pay the application fee for final submission of application form.
• Select the payment gateway as mentioned then fill the details accordingly and proceed the transaction.
• Once transaction will be completed take the printout of filled PTU Online Application Form and Fee Receipt for future reference.
